I was in town visiting, so I stopped in with my brother who trains here. I didn't participate, but the morning class appeared to be structured well, there was great interaction between the members, and everyone was friendly. Its a smaller facility, but that gives it a more intimste training atmosphere.

FANTASTIC gym for everyone from beginners to elite, young to old. The coaches here are efficient and thorough in explaining exercises and modifications for those of us not yep up for some movements.

It's nerve wracking enough to be traveling alone, let alone walk into a gym where you know no one. So I really appreciate the welcoming crew and great coaches. I'll definitely be back if I'm this way for work again!

Great drop in while here for the games. Coaches were well prepared for the large classes and still had plenty of time to give some one on one pointers. I felt like my snatch form is already better for it!
