Great small business to buy from, even online! They carried a specific backpack color that I couldn’t find anywhere else and made the return process easy when I realized it wasn’t a good fit. Would definitely order from them again in the future.

Several days ago I lost my gloves. These weren't necessarily precious to me, but, you see, I need them. As the winter approaches, her cold hands infiltrate our very existence. Never relenting. So, one may ask, how will one commute on one's bicycle with any semblance of comfort if for not hand protection? Now you see why gloves are such an essential item--a tool to ease some of natures cruel indifference to our humanity. And so, losing those gloves bestowed upon me an errand to find gloves anew. But, to my utter surprise, this chanced game of life made this errand one I will never forget and one I will think of often with glee. As I entered Fontana, I was met with a warmness I had not expected given the turn of the seasons. And it was not just the temperature of the store. No, it was the aura of a certain worker who met me with beautiful, deep brown eyes. It was her energy. A certain mystique I can't quite pin down in so few words, but she inserted a calmness in me with just a glance and in her smile I knew my hands would leave protected and warm. She walked me through the vast glove options, speaking with authority and the experience of one who knows how to brave the coldest of treks on the most forlorn of nights. I never did catch her name, but she deserves a raise.

I purchased skis here over 5 years ago. Probably closer to 8 years ago. I’ve hardly ever used them but they still fit perfectly and the bindings have never been an issue. The staff here know exactly what they’re doing and they are very good at it!

I went into thier store yesterday to buy a new jacket and some other stuff. I WAS wearing a mask even though I have asthma. I pulled my mask down slightly to take a drink and get a better breath and was immediately accosted by an employee telling me to pull my mask back up. It didn't matter that it was pulled down for only a few seconds and the section of the store I was in there was no one else nearby besides my wife. If the clerk had been more polite about it and offered a friendly greeting and then respectfully asked me to pull it up I would've been more than happy to. Instead he was very rude and condensing about it. I won't be back
