This is my second time working with Tina. And she has exceeded all expectations! Our bathroom looks incredible! Best advice-just tell her what you are looking for and trust her! She will not steer you wrong. It’s so hard to visualize what a renovation will look like. But Tina sees it!!

We went to Flooring Designs in 2018 to purchase the existing hardwood in our condo so the living room carpeting could be replaced with this hardwood. No problems. We worked with Sarah who was prompt in communication, professional, and helpful.We decided in 2021 to replace the carpet in our master bedroom and den and again worked with Sarah who was knowledgeable and prompt in communication. The owner came and measured and ordered 30% more hardwood (5 boxes) than needed and wanted to charge a 20% re-stocking fee when he measured and it was his error. We eventually received a refund for the flooring but had to ask for a refund for the labor to install the flooring also.At the same we ordered the hardwood we ordered carpeting for our steps, family room and 2 bedrooms in the lower level. The family room carpeting has a visible stripe where the carpet comes together. We asked the owner to come and see if anything could be done. He said he saw the stripe but would not do anything to fix it because the installers didn’t do anything wrong. We have purchased a sectional and coffee table to help cover the stripe.While installing the carpeting in an alcove in one of the bedrooms the installers found the carpeting/cement was wet and mold was on the tack board. The owner told us to hold back $809.69 until the alcove could be carpeted once the area had the walls & trim replaced. Because the pipe leak was found in December we had to wait until Spring (and the first heavy rain) to have the carpeting installed to be sure the problem was fixed.I texted the owner asking for installation (which would take 45/60 min.) and could it be done at the beginning or end of a day. I also indicated my husbands cancer returned and he couldn’t travel and the grandkids wanted to come for a visit. They have been unable to visit since Dec. because the bedrooms were torn apart. His response was “our carpet schedule is 4-6 weeks out and to be fair I just heard from you this week, also while carrying an outstanding balance”. In a few days he did get back to us and scheduled installation for two weeks out but by this time we were done with Flooring Designs. We sent the $809.69 we owed him and hired another contractor (Flooring Designs International) and the owner Jared Browning came two hours after I called him and explained my husband’s cancer situation. The install took 45 min. the next week.

Horrible experience. Things started out ok, but their customer service is horrible when there is a problem. They messed up and made a mistake, seemed irritated to be expected to fix it, took no responsibility, and became nasty. Renee was terribly unpleasant and aggressive. Think she is one of the owners, but all she cares about is getting their money, not about her customers. I have to hire someone else to fix their mistake. I should have done more research into them and their backgrounds before I used them. Lesson learned. Recommend you look elsewhere.

I used Flooring Designs for all the flooring in my home, the backsplash in the kitchen and the stone surrounding my fireplace. I always work with Sarah who has a really good eye for color, knows what is trending, and has attention to detail so I don't forget the little things, such as edging for the tile. She's a great person to work with who really understands design. Thanks Sarah, for helping make my home look beautiful!

They came highly recommended. But we've been very disappointed! The customer service is seriously lacking. The product is awful and will have to be replaced within a year. Sarah is a joke! She didn't answer calls, ignored emails and voicemails. The ONLY time she called back is when I complained to my contractor. Look somewhere else to get your floors done!!!

They were fine until the product I ordered didn't fit what I had asked for. At that point, the customer service became non-existent; they did nothing to try and rectify the situation. They were more than happy to take my money, and, once they had it, they were done with me.
