I scheduled an online appointment for a tire change. I arrived and was told that it would take between 1 to 1.5 hours. I left 3 hours later - with no explanation as to why. I was told that service would be better at the tires plus store down the street. The manager, Maria, is a horrible manager. She did not speak with me when I came up to the counter and asked why it was taking so long - she just sat in her office. Did Maria go speak with or help the tech that was working on my vehicle to get it done quicker - NO. If I could rate them negative stars, I would. I will not be going back to firestone.

This is my go to car place. I have a 2016 car and they take the best care of it. The customer service is the best. They are honest and trustworthy. Their prices are fair. They have no hidden agenda and the hard working people there do a great job. Do not believe the one star reviews. This place is outstanding.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. DO NOT take your car here.We called and scheduled an appointment to get new tires on my car last Friday and were told they were booked out till Monday. Totally fine, whatever. We bring it in at the scheduled time and are told they are running behind and that the wait maybe be more like two or three hours instead of one. Again, also fine. I understand being understaffed and over worked. 3 hours later they call and ask if we want a belt replaced also, we confirm and it takes them another two hours to put in the belt and oil change. We go to pick up my car and everything seems fine. I drive it home and don’t drive it until Wednesday at which point I notice it’s severely pulling to the left and making lots of noise in the wheel well. Long story short, not A SINGLE TIRE was properly installed and are ALL falling off the rim. Am now having to get it towed so they hopefully fix their mistake. It’s just ridiculous to me that this mistake literally could’ve costed me my life if I weren’t such an alert driver. It’s one thing to be understaffed and overworked but it’s a completely different thing to not fully complete jobs or complete them with incompetence and send a death trap out on the road. If you’re over booked, let me know and schedule a different time or push it off until you have time to do the job properly. Depending on how the repair goes, we may end up taking legal action.Ive not only gotten better costumer service but better overall product and service from Walmart ?? Save yourself the energy and money and take your car somewhere else. Will never be going to a Firestone again after this is resolved.Pictures included are of all 4 tires.

I went Firestone today as I was having issues with my car. I was experiencing noise while driving. I met Matt Smith at the store who supported me regarding the issue. He investigated the problem and found that only two bolts hold the under car plate out of 8 nuts, and when the car runs, the plate touches the road and makes noise. He solved the problem within few minutes and didn’t charge me anything as he mentioned these were matter of some screws. Such a nice gesture and professional attitude. I really appreciate that.

Buyer beware! I took my vehicle to this Firestone location because it was close to my place of employment, but I would’ve never guessed the nightmare experience that would take place. The manager of this location called me while I was at work and told me my brake replacement would be $2,400. I was in disbelief because I have never paid more than $600 for brakes. After I told the manager that price seemed unreasonably high, he then said “Oh, I meant $2,000.” I did not think that price was any better. The manager then offered to give me 10% off and started back peddling saying “well that’s just the most it could be, but it could be less, like $1,600.”The manager then started using fear tactics, saying how dangerous it would be if I drove without getting my brakes fixed that day. The manager also said that the cost of everything has gone up and that’s just the average cost of getting your brakes done nowadays. I looked online and the highest price you would ever pay is $800 per axle, so I just assumed they must do really good work to charge a premium price.Against my better judgment, I agreed to let them complete the work. A couple of days later I noticed I had to press all the way down on my brake peddle to get my car to stop and it sounded like there was air in the brake line. I called their location and spoke with the same manager and I told him my concerns. The manager did not seem to really care and told me they were really busy, but they could try to get me in, in a few days. That night while at work I also told my coworker about my brakes and my coworker insisted on checking my brake fluid, to my surprise my brake fluid was completely empty. I drive on backroads and on the beltline, so if I had driven my car home that night and needed to suddenly stop, I wouldn’t have been able to. I called their location back and expressed my frustrations and concerns and told them I was bringing my car there now.The manager was just leaving when I got there and told me he did not have time to speak to me about it, and told me to go speak to someone at the counter. I ended up having to leave my car there again. When I returned the next day to get my car, the manager was not there and someone else helped me. I was told that the mechanic did not tighten the brake line and that caused all of the fluid to leak out. I was very upset because not only did I overpay for the worst service I have ever had, but I could’ve been seriously injured or injured someone else or even worse cause a fatality when my brakes failed.I asked if I could be given a partial refund for all the trouble. I was told that they do not give partial refunds for bad work. Please save your time and money and go to Midas. I’ve always gone to Midas and have never had any issues. I only went to Firestone because I thought it would be convenient being right next to my work. I guess I had to learn the hard way, and now I feel it is my duty to warn others. I don’t want anyone to have to go through the same ordeal that I did.

Scheduled an appointment online and went to check in. Said they couldn’t find my appointment even though I was sent a confirmation email and my card had a pending charge on it for the amount that I way paying for. Said they didn’t have anything available for the next week. Ended up going somewhere else. I get it’s not the guys fault but it was a major inconvenience for me to be driving on a spare tire and I had scheduled it days before the appointment.
