Had to wait 45 minutes for store to open because employee with key wasn't there. Not great when had shoes to pick up from status exclusive access.

I had such a great experience. I haven't been to the mall in a long time and decided it was time for new shoes. The woman who helped me was amazing and helped me with patience and kindness. I definitely recommend coming here!
