Went into this store this morning to buy a new pair of shoes. Found a pair I liked. Stood by the cashier counter where there was a whole crowd of people with kids sitting on the counter. I was unable to see who even worked there and ended up leaving. A security guard was in the store the whole time “watching” this crowd.

What a ridiculous experience. Several employees working but none seem interested in helping us. Then when checking out, I needed to wait while the employee opened and ate their candy bar.

Had to give a 2 star without even making a purchase, unfortunately. I came in to buy a specific pair of boots and I had them in hand. I tried to get two staff members attention and both turned their backs on me. This was between them helping others, but I purposely waited for them to finish with others before bothering them. I simply wanted to see if they had the size I needed, since they were on sale. I then left.

Who pushes people away 15-20 minutes before the store closes on a day where sales matter a lot? People were still shopping and we knew exactly what we needed to get and we were told “you had all day to get here get out of here” in my opinion the store could have better employees and managers working there.The inventory is very low. Before our bad experience with the manager, we had noticed that JD stores are low on inventory ..

Shame on you, not only was my customer service quite intrusive, I bought the Jordan Easter 5 for the silver charm bracelet/anklet with a Jumpman accessory to be missing. Shame, shame, shame, petty crooks!!

I mean customer service was great, but they failed to tell me one of my shoes was a Display. Probably would’ve been OK except they are all white. I wore them two hours to realize that my left one was yellow and my right one was white and they won’t return it. As someone who has worked in customer service for 16 years this is the most trash thing that you can do to somebody. I work with clothes shoes and much more and when shoes come to my accounter I make sure I have to left the right and if there is something wrong with the shoe I will let a customer know and if they want to buy it cool if not I’ll offer them a discount and if they don’t want it that’s up to them. I spent almost $200 on a pair of shoes and they’re off like really bad and they can’t even give me a hint and now I can’t return them to me this is the worst place ever
