I ordered a large bouquet in a vase, sent to my mom for her birthday. The floral designer did such beautiful work - the flowers exceeded my expectations. I’m so pleased with how they turned out and so is my mom! Thank you!

I just visited Felly's Flowers on University Ave for the first time. It was amazing! I was looking for a collection of individual stem flowers. They had a wide selection, and all were fresh and healthy. But best of all, after I told her which flowers I liked best, Lubna gave me perfect advice on how many of each would work best together. She suggested some greenery, which was lovely and certainly would have been appropriate for a gift to most people. When I told Lubna that my wife is really more a fan of a simple arrangement, she immediately put the greens back in the cooler. I highly recommend Felly's Flowers, and I will be back many times.

Horrible customer service! Bought half a dozen irises Friday afternoon that were supposed to “open in a day or two”, but they never did. Went back Wednesday with the flowers, but it was past their 2 day return period. Not even a free daisy to brighten my day. I’ll never buy flowers here again!

Came in with a classic last minute request for my high schooler where I dropped the ball. Trinity and Pen whipped up a quick solution and all was amazing. Their unbelievable positive attitude and willingness to exceed their customer’s expectations really made us appreciate this Middleton team - thank you!!!

Whew, walked in this store needing a last minute bouquet, flowers for mothers of the bride and filler flowers for 12 bridemaids and the ladies working on September 23rd got me right together in records time with this beautiful bouquet and everything else I needed....thank you ladies so much, my new flower shop....I just upgraded from grocery store flowers ti a Fellys customer off this experience....thank you ladies again!!!!!!

UPDATE: i didnt check my review where she offered to replace my flowers and so i didnt call. She didnt leave it alone. She took the time to look up who i was and who purchased the flowers originally who was my partner and she called him. And offered to make it right. And she did! She replaced my entire boutique and my balloon and sent complimentary chocolates! Wow. Just look at these flowers! They all look soo NEW like they were just picked. Im sure these will last like all the rest of the flowers we normally get from them. Thank you for standing by your product and making it right!I normally love fellys flowers they normally have great flowers that last at least a week. Yesterday i received a beautiful arrangement. One think i noticed what that it was completely wet when it was dropped off like it had tipped over at some point. No biggie. But then today i came and all the flowers had wilted! They died in 1 night! What the heck? For how much your flowers cost i expect to be able to enjoy these flowers for more than 1 day! As u can see the small roses are completely dead and the bigger ones are on their way! And yes they still have water in the vase. No flower food did not come with the arrangement this time, like they normally do.

I had just ordered a bouquet of yellow and white Gerber Daisies with some greenery. What I got was a lot of greenery and about five daisies. I was quoted around $50 and I ask to go to $75 or $80 because I wanted it full. With tax + delivery etc was over $90. The individual daisies cost around $5-6 at the most. This is why I do not like florist. They don't listen and you never get what you want even if you are open to paying more. So very disappointed. The only good thing was that they did deliver on time.

I would recommend to NOT work with George from the Monona Felly's at ALL. My friends wedding was Saturday, August 27th. She had communicated exactly what she wanted multiple times. George had reassured her that he knew that she wanted and it would happen. He never updated the descriptions of the flowers, so we had a bad feeling about it. When she finalized for what felt like the millionth time the day of, she was told they do not have the correct flowers because they did not order them because they did not have the correct descriptions. She received a response of something like "eventually we have to move on to the other weddings we have" by text from George. (). The set up was not what she wanted at all. A week later, she tried to reach out to see if Felly's would make it right and was told "they are not prepared to talk to you today. They are aware you want to talk to them and will give you a call by the end of the week." Please please do not use the Monona Felly's if you want your event to have the flowers you want, or if you like good communication. BIIIIG YIKES and a bad look for a community company to treat their community members with big hopes of a perfect day like this. I'm disappointed. (Also after I posted this on their Facebook, they blocked me on Facebook. very professional.)
