Drivers showed up more than once at our house, didn’t knock or attempt to get our attention, took a picture of the house and said they couldn’t get ahold of us. When tracking our package on the website we looked at the “services”, it said 99 attempts, which isn’t even possible for the span of days they “attempted” deliveries. We called and asked our package to be held at this office location for us to just come pick it up, to which they agreed, then didn’t hold it here. When we went to this location to ask what was going on, the employee was absolutely useless and couldn’t provide any explanation. Literally the WORST delivery service we’ve ever had. Seriously don’t know how this company, especially this location and its “services”, are still in business. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

Purchased fedex overnight and didnt got my package after 5 days. This happened at least 3-4 times in the last 6 months.

if i could leave 0 i would. horrible delivery service in fact, NEVER RECEIVED ANYTHING. the customer service i think is the cherry on top because calling gives you an AI voice prompt that will provide nothing but standard information you could find on your app. i don’t understand how an apartment building or leasing office can be so hidden and out of sight for your delivery drivers. the express shipping is a JOKE, if you are failing to deliver it 4-6 days in a row. your drivers are behind the apps schedule 10 times out of 10 and trying to hand deliver packages at 10pm at night, now tell me who is waiting for an express package (without a signature required) outside of their apartment building or leasing office, to pick up a package from god knows where they pulled in at! this is a horrible a cruel joke of a delivery service and i do not see how this can be legal in anyway shape or form.. you guys may think im insane for this review but if you have a package you’re waiting on from these guys, give it 3-4 weeks at best.

FedEx is the New UPS. Absolutely the worst service ever.
Informed they attempted to deliver at 11:10am2/18/26,
I was home, awake sitting near the front door. The TAG was placed on the mailbox inside a my locked building 10 steps from my front door.
I checked online and read attempt to deliver today 2/18/26.
Called FedEx Informed package was still at the depot. Went to the Depot and I was Informed package had been sent back to sender.
FedEx could screw up a wet dream on a Rainy Day!

I told FedEx to hold my box at their facility. But they did NOT. They tried to deliver it again while I was at work. And it is scheduled to be out-for-delivery again on Monday while I'm at work even though I told them to HOLD it at their facility. So after that, FedEx will probably return my item to the sender because I will not be there to sign for my box that I told them to HOLD AT THEIR FACILITY. (If they even tried to deliver it again at all as the photo was the same and no hard-copy notice was ever received at my residential address.) This is what you get from FedEx when you pay over $210 for their services. Never again.

The picture the driver took of the delivery was the good side and not the damaged side of the box with pieces from inside the box all over my front yard. Fraudulent picture from the driver!

Saw tracking said NO ONE AVAILABLE FOR DELIVERY. Since we are a business, that was OPEN.... we called Fedex.. Sure enough....
Their LAZY DRIVER DID NOT EVEN ATTEMPT to fulfil service...Never stopped by, NOTHING... So we don't get our package, that has inventory in it.
#FACTS - Fedex DOES NOT CARE ABOUT SMALL BUSINESSES!

Such poor customer service. Went to pick up a package that was a case of wine that was going to be sent back the next day. Nothing but attitude from behind the desk. You would think a young man in probably his early to mid 20’s could help a 70 yr old woman get the wine into her car. I asked for help after I lifted it on to the cart. No way could I get it from the cart up into my car. He finally helped me with nothing but impatience and attitude. Where do they get these people and who trains them?
