Ive been waiting for over 10 days with my package being delayed in the Madison hub with nobody giving an explanation as to why this has happened way to much and to he honest their service has tanked since the past 2 years and yet dont change their fees to offset the lack in service

Well of course they tried to deliver my package while I was at work I didn't want to wait until Monday to hopefully meet them again so I went there to pick it up One person run in the place so so not a big deal I got my package and was gone can't complain can't really exclaim about anything.

My delivery driver Tequilla is amazing. She is thoughtful and efficient. She goes above and beyond to deliver packages safely. And did I mention friendly? She yes she is. I live on the East side of Madison and had the best service. Thank you!
