I was expecting a delivery of two important items on December 2nd, but FedEx never showed up with my second item. Later they updated their system saying my item had been transferred to their ground service and would be delivered on the 4th instead. I was home ALL day on the 4th, but FedEx NEVER showed up. Then they updated my status to "We tried to deliver" and stated "Delivery exception - Future delivery requested" for their reason. THIS IS ALL LIES!! They never tried to deliver my item on the 4th. I never asked for my item to come late. Supposedly my item will be here today, but they have told me that twice already and not shown up. HORRIBLE service!!

Horrible customer service. Don't show up for deliver appointments made when you take off of work to be there for the delivery. They just make excuses. Don't stand by their word. Made multiple delivery appointments and missed both of them. Have to pick up the package myself because it was supposed to be delivered 7 days ago and they still haven't put it on a truck! Not the first time I've had this happen with Fedex. Absolutely ridiculous. Bunch of idiots working over there I guess. Stick to UPS or USPS!!!

Worked there 11 yrs. 3 out of 4 centers were managed by self centered people, only interested in making themselves look good for a promotion. Out right lied to on a transfer from Nashville TN to Madison WI. Had to quit, and no one cared, all the way to Corporate HR in Harrison and Memphis.

Best place to do business. I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for fast and secure shipping . My packages always arrive on time and not damaged. The customer service and supervisors are very friendly and curtious every time I do business here.

FedEx is the absolute worst delivery service available. Even worse than the Post Office.
