Store manager is super rude! May have caught her on a bad day but she was mean to me and the fella in front of me. Bad body language and simply looked like she didn't want to be there. Guessing performance (numbers) is why she is the lead because it definitely isn't for service. Needs more customer service training and awareness of tone when speaking with customers.

Service was great when we dropped off a cell 6 that needed to shipped. The coworker was very niece, patient ,kind, and helpful.
The only thing I didn't like was the place had a not pleasant smell.

I came in 15 minutes before closing and Ben helped me print some items for my wedding that I needed ASAP. He was so nice and understanding, we had a great conversation. He could have kicked me out but helped me out and I am so grateful! The team at the Mineral Point has not let me down at any point during my very difficult wedding planning and I will keep going back for everything else I need. They are awesome!

I had only one day to ship some large artwork and fragile heirlooms and the staff in this store were very helpful. They have the right boxes, special expandable foam packing material, and training to securely ship multiple glass wall hangings in an inexpensive flat screen tv box as well as a special box for a large 47" x 39" oil painting. They also let me do some of the bubblewrap around the frame corners and then finished the job for me. Everything went FedEx Ground (3 days) and arrived undamaged. Very helpful when you need it done right. Thanks Ben and Jonah.

I went here to get passport photos for a non USA size.I called earlier in the morning and spoke to Melissa who told me that they could cut them to size for me. I went in the afternoon and was told they would not cut them for me.Ok; they have the tools to cut them myself. The first paper cutter had the guide bar completely broken. It was also unsteady; if you tried to cut it the blade would slip leading to a distorted cut. I talked to one clerk who told me it was fine but only after clarifying with them that it was for a passport photo, I finally received a new board. Unnecessary to have to over explain a broken board.In the end I messed up the first photo with the second cutter They gave me a new pair of photos without an additional charge. It was truly a headache to get a non standard US size passport photo here. I would love to try the courier facilities; from reading the reviews I expect them to be far better than this generally unpleasant experience.

Ive dropped off over 20Prepaid packages here and honestly the customer service is so great. Ive been meaning to write this. Customer service has been a lost art in the the US.Mostly bc people getting low wages etc My hope is that these employees here get that recognition. This is the only Fed Ex I will go to. Thank you to all of you at this location. I am always impressed! Also I should add I have never had an issue where with packages getting delivered etc either!

Magugu was very pleasant, easy to work with and I appreciated her help today! Dropped off package earlier in the day but forgot to include an item inside the package. She quickly located it and helped bring relief to a stressful situation.

I had a photo printed at office depot and the quality was beyond horrible. I figured I’d stop in here today to see if this place could do better. I met an employee Matt at the counter and he was welcoming and super patient with me. I explained to him my issue with the photo printed at office depot and he went above and beyond to print the same photo with a much better and clearer quality. It took a few tries but he was able to get the job done and was so patient with me. I am super picky and more than satisfied with the service received here at Fedex today from Matt. Thank you so much for everything Matt. You truly made it a great experience and I will be back for all future photos! Appreciate you.

Stopped in last night to ship a package. Closing time is 7 pm and at 6:58 there was a 5 person line. The guy working alone took care of everybody in line with courtesy and professionalism. He even tolerated a rude visitor who complained the "Open" light was still on after hours. It was on because the line was so long the solo worker couldn't get away from the desk. The guy was working hard and deserves some kudos!
