Very, unsatisfied... Shoes were not placed in the right display.. so false advertisement... And they couldn't locate the only display shoe that was My size!!!.. they didn't want to even try to make Up for it in anyway, " just sorry!! " never again

The Employee Simon was such a great help I bought four pairs of shoes. Being elderly and handicapped he did me a great service. Very Pleasant young man that knows his store.

Literally the worst customer service I think I have ever had. I had to argue with the manager, who when asking to pay more than what the shoes cost said “I can’t do anything that’s what our computers say, we have no control over it” how can that ever be an ok response ? I was dumbfounded!

Great prices and a large selection of shoes. I’m not a fan of all the information they collect from you when checking out. They ask for your name, zip code… then I stopped them. They should explain how they are using this information.

Very clean and friendly staff! Lots of shoes, and if they don't have the size, they order it and ship it right to you! I'm definitely coming back to buy more shoes.

1/24/2023 Looking for boots for our 4 y/o great-grandson's first day of 4K. We were in and out, with the help of a sales clerk, and our little guy was thrilled with his light-up Paw Patrol snow boots!!

Kyle was Amazing with helping in getting boots for my daughter. Especially after I came a month later because rubber siding came up from the sole of the shoe. He helped reorder the boots with the store manger Callie. I apperiate all the help & addressing the issue in a kind and helpful manner. Thank You!!
