Eric, the owner, is a great guy who really knows his stuff. I got the dreaded red triangle light on my Prius, and the codes said the main hybrid battery was almost dead. I took it here, and they replaced it for a very reasonable price. My car has been running smooth as the day I got it since.

Eric is amazing. I had a message come on my car screen that my battery fan was not working. Eric came out, taught me how to clean my fan, checked my battery health (it’s great) and surmised it was an error. All for 100.00. He’s kind, very knowledgeable and explained everything so well. And he’s super passionate about the work. Hopefully I don’t have battery issues anytime soon
But if I do, I will call Eric. Lucky he’s in Madison.

Eric had incredible communication skills and knowledge about hybrid vehicles. I was really lucky that he had a cancellation and was able to come the same day I called for a battery replacement for my 2005 Prius . He charged a very fair price for the service and even gave me other advice to keep my Prius going for as long as I can. Made a seamingly stressful day much simpler and I am super thankful!

Eric is incredible - very knowledgeable and generous with his time and knowledge. He helped me remotely on a road trip when my Prius broke down with an impending warning sign on the dash. Eric, hopped on a call and helped me diagnose the issue and set me on a path to repair it and be back on my way. It's inspiring to see people who live in generosity and kindness. There's only one logical answer: Either (A) what this place used to be, isn't anymore and they've just not updated all of their materials, or (B) the 5-star reviews are paid or planted. Because there's so much wrong with this place that it's simply not possible to give them 5 stars even if you got service. Which I didn't. First of all, the website is grossly out of date. Second, it took over a week just to a reply from the guy. Third, when he did reply, he just declined to work on "this vehicle" - no explanation or reason, no price quote, nothing. Just a straight decline to even try despite having an online reputation of being able to work magic on "almost any" hybrid vehicle. Which mine so happens to be, one of the more popular and familiar ones, I might add. Again, it's either that the place is declined from what it allegedly was prior to COVID (going by the review dates) or the reviews are fake. Can't say for sure what the case is. I will never recommend this place though.

We've had Eric work on our Prius twice in the past few months (first to replace our hybrid battery, then for a completely unrelated issue), and both times it's been an exceedingly positive experience. He really goes above and beyond, and it's clear that it's not only out of good customer service, but out of genuine passion for hybrid cars. He truly knows his stuff, and he very thoroughly, honestly, and clearly explained our problems and our options to us both times. I've always found it stressful taking my car in for repairs in the past, but my experience with EV Powers Hybrid Battery Service and Repair has been 100% stress-free. I would highly, highly, highly recommend choosing EV Powers for your hybrid repairs!

Eric is amazing! He is truly passionate about his work! He's a true Prius n**** and I say that in the best light possible. He knows his stuff, and goes the extra mile to make sure the issue is resolved! Amazing at your door service! Took the time to explain and show things the avg Prius owner should know but doesn't. I was stranded in the woodman's parking lot with a dead Toyota Prius. My buddies and I were failing to jump it correctly with a dead spare battery. Eric saw us while finishing his grocery shopping and was able to jump the car using a spare battery in his trunk within a couple of minutes, free of charge. He clearly know his stuff. Great guy!
