I bought an e-bike from ERIK's about six weeks ago, and I had such a great experience. Pete set me up with exactly what I needed and educated me on e-bikes 101 but not the dummies version. He was very respectful, personable, professional, and he has a vast knowledge of all things bicycle and a great skill for communicating it. I'd recommend anyone I know to buy a bike there from ERIK's and plan to buy my next one there someday, too.

Emmaline was so amazing, knowledgeable, and patient while I decided which bike to purchase. I thought I knew what I wanted, based on some online research, but, after telling her about how I would use the bike, she guided me in another direction, and she helped me make a fantastic decision. She helped me pick out all of my new accessories, so I’ll be able to hit the road right away. I’m super excited and can’t wait to pick up my new bike!

Tim was amazing! We were on a big trip and our e-bike rack failed. He set us up and got us back on the road! Best service ever!!!!!

Ion was very knowledgeable about my specific e-bike. I brought it in for a diagnostic update and he went “over and above” and looked over the entire bike.
After he was finished he sent me a text message that it was finished and what the balance due was.
Very professional individual that deserves a raise!?

I was there two days ago to fix my mud guard. I had a great experience with Jonathan Bartnik. He not only fixed it but checked the overall condition of my bike too without a cost. He was very informative and friendly.

They clearly explained what needed to be done and didn't try to upsell me on anything that wasn't needed. Everyone was nice and knowledgeable and I will happily be back for any future bike repairs!

We had a great experience at Erik’s -Madison East. Chuck was very helpful and informative. He thoroughly explained the functions of the Aventon Adventure 2 e-bike. We are enjoying our new bikes!
