Everything was great, the car was clean & easy to drive. Blake was very good to work with & gave a thorough explanation of the car I was to temporarily use until I was able to purchase a different car. My original car ended up being totaled by the insurance company after being involved in a rear-end collision.

Frustratingly poor communication.The first time I scheduled a rental pickup — paid for by insurance — there was no prior indication I would need a physical credit card on my person. This resulted in wasting an hour of both my own, and another rep’s time. Now that I’ve rescheduled and verbally confirmed a new pickup time (at the body shop) with Enterprise over the phone, it’s been 30+ minutes past said scheduled pickup time. Turns out I needed to call the store, sitting on hold nearly 15 minutes, to confirm I arrived at the location. The reps I’ve encountered have been cordial and friendly, but I can’t recommend a business that I can’t trust with my time.

I unfortunately had to rent a car due to a recent accident. The people the were incredibly nice and made the whole process easy! When I found out I needed to file a claim because my car was totaled, I asked about how to get discounts or coverage due to that and they explained the process and how easy it was for the information to be exchanged and get that money credited back to me.I even ended up accidentally leaving something behind in the car and they saved the item before I even asked for it back. If I ever need to rent a car again, I would definitely choose this place.

Great experience. Had bit of a hiccup at the end of rental since rental was being covered by an insurance company. However, Enterprise was gracious enough to clear up the miscommunication.

took A $250 fee for a cleaning when I received the car it smelled like smoke and had smoke windows paid $175 and got it detailed thefirst day I rented the car and brung the car back in cleaner conditions then when I received it still for me to get charged $250+175=400

Don't do it. They'll accurate of trying to steal a car after 4 days "past due", despite having called and spoke to a rep at local office to extend contract. He did just that, however my card didn't reauthorize and apparently that was enough to say I was stealing the car and avoiding them! This wasn't the case, they called on 4th day, I missed the call and called back within 14 mins. Plus car got a flat tire and their roadside would've taken 90mins to 2 hours to get to me, so I changed it myself. No sympathy or discount or apology. Nothing.

I think things went really smoothly. From reservations online, calling to have some specific questions answered, to picking the vehicle, knowing i was going to be taken care of while on the road, and then dropping it off...I was pretty happy with the process and would do it again.

Friendly service. There can be a wait, sometimes. It depends on the situation and their availability. Sometimes the lot is pretty full, but theres usually a space if you look enough.If you call them by phone, be prepared to be "on hold" perhaps indefinitely. Sometimes they pick up and stay on right away, other times it seems like they have some issues getting to the phone.Also they don't do AAA or student discounts, at least not that I could get them to admit to.YMMV.If you have decent insurance, you probably don't need Enterprise's included coverage, which might mean savings, depending on the situation.This location is attached to the larger auto garage so look for that if you're having difficulty spotting them.
