Paid extra for same day delivery, items were not delivered that day, nor the next. No contact from the store. Website tracker only said "order received." Attempted to contact the store 3 times, twice no answer. Left a voicemail requesting callback, no callback received. Finally able to reach someone on Monday mid-morning after order was placed on Saturday. That person told me that the store closes early on Saturday so they could not deliver same day. Same person said extra same-day delivery charge had been taken off total bill. I mentioned how they needed to let me know, since delivery was time-sensitive. Person on phone said she was "just customer service" and not present in the store. Requested to speak to manager at the 2850 University Ave store, person on phone said she would get "one of the managers" to call me back. Also said order should go out today. Not holding my breath. No apologies, no 'sorry for the inconvenience,' no 'thank you for your business.' Terrible customer service all around. Do not recommend.

Thought it would be a good idea to send my mom flowers and chocolate for her birthday and she received dead flowers and very VERY small strawberries with apples slices (instead of cupcakes)

Horrible service! They ruined my Mom's Birthday. Never again! First they delivered the package to a neighbor stating no one answered the door at my parents house. B.S.! They were home and waiting for it, plus they have 3 dogs so there is no way they tried to deliver it to them. And who leaves perishables with someone else?! Especially after COVID? Why didn't they call them? Call me? Or simply take it back to store and deliver it the next day? At this point I had no idea what had happened but then I received an email stating the package was delivered but no mention that it was left with a neighbor who incidentally never brought it over to them. After I spoke to my Mom & realized she didn't receive her present I tried to call the Madison store but no one answered, over and over again for days, yes days! It was Saturday but they were still open for another 5 hours that day and could've delivered her a new basket or at the very least answered their phone or called me back!! I left at least 5 or 6 messages and never heard back until 3 days later, with a snotty message stating that it's their policy to leave it with neighbors if no one is home. No apology just a matter of fact for her to find her own gift from the neighbor. Which one by the way? There was nothing left at my parents house to indicate they attempted to deliver something so if I hadn't told them it was coming they would've never known. More proof they never came to their door. I also called the 800 number over and over again but never reached a person. I left messages there too but never received a call back. After a week of back & forth with the Madison store, leaving me the same message about their policy I finally demanded a refund. That took a week. Thanks for ruining my Mom's Birthday!

Beware; they truly do not wash the strawberries, ever. Even the chocolate covered ones.They go straight out of the shells, onto the skewers, and into your fruit bouquet/gift box. Lol thanks Don Law for being cheap and gross

Their was a small problem with the order when delivered.I called them and explainedI talked to the manager who was very nice. She told me how she would fix the problem. It was it was done in in a very timely fashion.It was a great transaction. I will use this business again

I placed my order online September 6 for delivery on September 7th. I confirmed with store for delivery at my wife’s place of work before 3pm as she will not be there after 3pm. Not only did she not get it before 3pm she didn’t get it at all!!!!!! No communication from the store at all. I called them the following day and spoke with corporate office in which I was told it was rescheduled for a delivery September 8th! Totally defeats the purpose. I wasn’t made aware of it. They eventually delivered it and the chocolate was semi melted and fruit looked like it had been in fridge for days!!! This was my go to place to get something to my wife…..I’m beyond disappointed and mortified. Not to mention the rude a** staff that answered the phone at the local store.

Ordered cookies and fruit for my daughter's birthday. Fruit was good, but cookies were stale, commercial grade cookies with little to no flavor. Very disappointed

A couple of notes for my experience with this edible arrangements shop. I've never ordered from this location before, but have ordered from the company in general and never had any issues. I was not impressed this time. I ordered a fondue kit as a gift for my husband after receiving an award at work. 2 problems:1. I ordered for curbside pick up. I called the store upon arrival as instructed by the confirmation email. No specified parking so I just parked in the spot directly across from the store. Called the store. Held on for 5 minutes without ever speaking to anyone. Hung up and called a different extension. No answer again. So I went in. Noticed a vase of dead flowers which was kind of weird for a place that sells flowers. Oh well. The clerks were in the kitchen prepping and I could hear the phone ringing and neither of the folks I saw looked like they cared at all about the phone. Maybe they were busy with orders, but it just kinda irked me.2. I ordered this yesterday, but unfortunately after a long day my husband was too pooped to do the activity last night. So I saved the strawberries, in the box, *but didn't put them in the fridge*. I figured they'd be fine at room temperature, which was a HUGE mistake on my part. So, *I do not blame the store for this*, but wanted to let others know DO NOT LEAVE THEM OUT. Went to use the kit today (sat out at room temp overnight) and all but three were badly molded. I never would have imagined they would have molded that fast or I would have refrigerated them right away. My fault completely, just disheartening. So, take it from me and learn from my mistake--if you do not use them right away, PUT THEM IN THE FRIDGE IMMEDIATELY.Overall just bummed out.

I had the last minute idea to send our daughter at UW-Madison an "end of sophomore year" celebratory arrangement. It was delivered within an HOUR of ordering! She said it was delicious and fresh - totally made her day! Thanks Edible Arrangements! Would highly recommend!

Ordered a $49 edible arrangement with decadent strawberries and got a bunch of grapes with no notice or communication or price discount. The platter was great and fresh. But a primary ingredient not available the business should of communicated it to the customer.

Had a small problem with the delivery that was managed very quickly by the store owner & to my full satisfaction. The recipient was very happy with her gift!!!
