Took my car here for service! They tell me my tires are wearing on the inside but couldn’t find any the root of the problem and didn’t seem interested in finding the problem. More interested in taking my money for tires and coming back to have them replaced again! Don’t have your vehicle serviced or purchase a vehicle from here! Also 119$ for a oil change!

We had a great experience trading in and purchasing a car at East Madison Toyota. Our salesperson made the process so easy and fast. I'm not going to lie, I dread going to dealerships and spending a whole day getting the job done, but this was no more than a couple hours from start to finish and it was really pleasant! Bonus points for the coffee machine that has hot cocoa - my kids were happy and that is a win?

I had a perfect experience at East Town Toyota Quick Service for my 2022 Toyota 4 Runner! Dawn was very HELPFUL in getting me a loaner (at the last minute -due to my poor planning!) so I could get to my appointment on time. My truck was due for it's 20k check up which I paid $0 for thanks to Toyota Care. Everyone was professional from the front check in to the check out. I love my 4Runner and East Madison Toyota has been wonderful to work with!!! Thank you!

This was my purchase experience:I live near Detroit.I called about a tundra pickup I was interested in, verified a few facts and said I’d take it sight unseen. I offered to put down a deposit while I found financing. They were not interested,“ How soon can you get here?” “ we only hold cars 48 hours”It was a Friday…I contacted the customer service manager and he facilitated the purchase for the following week so I was grateful for his assistance. The exterior & interior of the truck was very clean and without a scratch and appeared well maintained as a one owner.However.When I got the truck home I noticed layers of mud inside the wheel rims and mud flaps.I spent an hour under the truck and discovered:2 inches of fresh mud packed inside the front skid plate..Shock towers packed with mud..Gravel and sand inside the frame rails front to back.Gravel and sand on the TOP of the gas tank at the pick up…Gravel and sand packed into the heat shields of the catalytics..This truck had been axle deep in mud..Very recently. The mud must have been acidic because it caused the paint to peel underneath the running boards and elsewhere. It stained the inner fender liners..It took 40 hours to clean it.Then I had to treat the frame with fluid film which took another 16 hours to get into all the spaces the mud had been.Did the previous owner take immaculate care of it then trash it before trade in?Or did it happen later?Either way this truck was definitely NOT inspected before I took possession ( ps the tires were all 25 lbs over inflated).I just got an email from the salesperson asking if I was still interested in the truck.Seriously…So my advice is.Buyer Beware.

Appointment address sent via email was wrong. Left me without my car at night. I asked my what options were and was told "we'll I don't have a car for you".Service center could not give me an ETA on an oil change and tire rotation. Then called 1 minute before close to tell me my car was ready. I called back twice with no response. Call center said they'd have the key left at sales but they didn't know that this was a separate building. I drive back to wait 15 minutes to hear that I have to figure out how to get home without my car and there's nothing they can do to help me

Bought my second vehicle with East Madison Toyota and they continue to be top notch. David Scott was great! Very responsive and attentive to what I was looking for. Brett and Alex were also fantastic on the delivery day wrapping up all of the details!

I used to be a loyal customer for many years, I bought many cars from you and I always took my car in for any services. My recent visit with them was for oil change. They said a few things need immediate attention: battery, and cabin and engine filters. Attention soon are all wipers including rear. I declined the services because I didn’t believe them. I took it to O’Reilly to have them test the battery. It was fine. I’m glad I didn’t pay $220 service I didn’t need. Not only that, they knew I’m deaf and sent text messages to a number I didn’t give them. I waited for 45 mins and found out that they didn’t want to come to me to talk like they did with everyone else. Totally uncool. Your staff needs to be taught how to interact with deaf people.

Super dissatisfied with my buying experience. Wish I had walked away. Cars that I wanted to look at were not available when I got there. No negotiation on price which left me feeling ripped off. Arrived to pick up the car 15 minutes early and ended up waiting for 90 minutes before starting the paperwork. Asked for something to make up for the wait and was given a "cool gift" of a pen and key chain that probably everyone gets for buying (says thank you on the box). Completely insulting to think that "cool gift" would make anything better. Will not be back or recommend to others. Can't believe that you don't know how to make a customer feel valued!

I was trying to call the finance department about a refund check and was stuck in a never ending loop. I ended up switching to their services department and was speaking with someone almost immediately. Stephanie did a fantastic job and was empathetic to my plight and helped me very quickly get in contact with the people I needed. Thank you Stephanie.

Unfortunately I will not be doing business with this dealership. I had been talking to a sales rep for a new Grand Highlander, but mentioned that we were still thinking about it and never accepted the car they had shown us that was coming in. All of a sudden out of nowhere I got an invoice for $2k (when we were first talking I was told it was $500 to hold the car). No one communicated with me prior to confirm that I actually wanted the vehicle. I called to talk to the sales manager, Eric, to let him know we never said we wanted the car and he was very dismissive and rude to me and said “miscommunications happen” and how they’ll put the car as available for whoever, which is fine because after how I was treated, I most definitely would never do business with them. Must have needed more cars for their lot.

Had my Toyota Avalon towed here as is stalled on me on Stoughton Road. This is my ONLY car so the urgency to have it repaired was stressing me out as without my car I struggled to get to work. They had my car out the NEXT DAY and found my fuel was contaminated! I couldn't be more thankful for squeezing me in such a tight schedule. I highly recommend East Madison Toyota and these guys are hero's in my eyes. Thank you guys so much! ?

Buying my car from East Toyota has been the most horrific car purchasing experience I have ever had. I was greeted by Sam Jamarillo who was professional at first which led me to believe that purchasing a car from this location was a good decision. During negotiation, he remained informative and professional. He offered new winter mats, detailing of the car, and fixing a crack in the windshield. As soon as the ink dried, the finance associate Matt Schnell became grossly abusive and offensive. He made remarks about how I did not need to read the contract. He impatiently flew through the warranty packages stating that the package included the gap insurance. Two days after the purchase, I emailed Matt to refund the warranty because my credit union could offer me a better price. Also, I was well within the 30-day window to cancel the warranty. The conversation, with Matt, to refund the warranty included abusive emails from him stating they "fund close to 10 million a year" and his "office knows where to send the check." I needed this information because my credit union loan officer requested this timeline. Matt's conduct is unprofessional as he was withholding information regarding refund amount and timeline.I responded that I appreciate his patience as I am not familiar with the process. Matt responded with another abusive email stating, "I told you multiple times the amount of the refund was the full purchase price of the warranty plus tax. I do not do computations for it. The office does. Then they send it to your bank. I apologize for not replying quickly enough, I had a bit of time off. That said, with all due respect we are 14 emails in on a process that takes one. At no point did you mention anything about cancelling the maintenance, and you specifically said you did not want to cancel gap." This is a blatant lie. I specifically stated to Matt , prior to this email, that I wanted to cancel the entire package, including the gap insurance. On 7/19/23, I contacted the regional manager, John Wineke, and shared that I do not feel comfortable having further conversations with Matt. John stated he would have the paperwork ready for me to cancel the warranty package when they fix my windshield on 7/26/23. The cancellation request paperwork was completed that day. I had service done that same day. When I picked up my car, there were no winter mats or detailing of my car. Only the windshield was replaced. On 8/18/23, I received a document in the mail stating I have been enrolled and charged for the warranty package at $595.00. I contacted Chris Laughnan, Service Manager, whose name was on the document. Chris had no knowledge of the document and said he would look into the issue for me. I have opened a complaint case with Toyota Corporate to help resolve this issue and hope they can intervene to find a solution. My interaction with East Madison Toyota has been abusive and a spiral into continued chaos. Based on my interactions and a string of grossly unprofessional emails, I no longer trust any interaction from East Madison Toyota and will now only go through Toyota Corporate.

Came in, waited 10 minutes before someone even acknowledged our presence. Was hoping to see and most likely put an order in for a Sienna Limited, fully loaded. Didn't need financing or anything. Finally someone walked by, didn't walk up, and asked if I needed help. I said I wanted to buy a Sienna Limited and they said "we don't have any" and they kept walking. Nice.

David and Sam were cool and made things easy but definitely some miscommunication between them and the finance rep. Also, it’s asinine that anyone would have to over an hour, in our case, 2+ hours, just to hand over a check and sign some docs to close a deal. There’s absolutely no reason discussions about finances should take longer than 30-45 mins. Seriously need better time management and respect for other people’s time. I’m standing in the dealership as I write this and have been waiting for 2+ hrs to speak with the finance rep. We’re standing around like a bunch of loiterers. The deal has been set, and we just needed to stop in, inspect, test drive and take delivery. Granted, we had an appointment for our visit today, and I’m about to walk out on this pre-closed deal now.
