Dykman’s is above and beyond awesome! Repaired my hand-me-down Luminox— fixed band and replaced battery— all for only $40!! They also put a brand new band on that looks 10X nicer than the old one. The staff are all so kind and friendly also and they go above and beyond. Even wrote a full report on the watch as it was a hand-me-down, for free! So thoughtful, professional, and kind, I hope they see this because I would like to say thank you guys so much! You all made my day and you all are the best!

I want everyone to see what a 200 plus dollar "overhaul" gets you after over 6 months of waiting. Not cleaned at all didn't even take the band off and clean in-between lugs. I would be willing to bet at this point if they didn't take the band off that the watch didn't get cleaned at all. If someone from dykemans would like to talk about this I sent a message though your contact us email on your website.

I brought in a frankly terrible condition Rolex GMT Master that was neglected ~40 years and Paul the Watchmaker brought it back to life. When I picked up the timepiece it was so beautiful that it brought a tear to my eye. Expect to wait, watchmakers are rare and of demand, but the results speak for themselves. Paul, sincerely, thank you.

Stopped in to get a new battery put in my daily wear watch and I couldn't be happier. The gentleman that helped me was extremely nice and told me everything he was doing to tighten things up that he found should be addressed. Will definitely be going back for anything watch or clock related. Price was very very reasonable as well!

I love this store. They are down to earth and not watch snobs. The store is run by watch enthusiasts who can provide regulation, watch service, band adjustments, and more. Plus, they are tissot dealers and carry a full line of citizens as well.

I brought in a watch that I bought at a flea market in Germany. Another shop I went to could not get the back off to replace the battery. They were able to get it open, replace the battery and I bought a strap for it. Just delighted with how it turned out. Thanks!

In my 64 years of life, I have never had a worse experience in trying to get an item fixed. My watch has been there for 11 months. Whenever I call, the answer I get is "Matter of fact, it's being worked on right now." They say they will call with an update, and they rarely do. I still don't have my watch. I either never get called back, or I am lied to. I will absolutely never use their services again. They are just horrible.

It takes patience to fix an old clock and it's worth it!Dykman's repaired my grandfathers clock from the old country.Having my family hear the same sounds as thier ancestors is amazing.Lucky to have people like them that are capable and caring enough to make it ring again.
