I made a return for a wife so that we would get our money back. It was late in the evening and I was told there's no receipt for returns (strange) and the email on file will receive a notification (it didn't). I was given a pink piece of paper with the amount (hand written) to be credited back. My wife called up the store the next day to verify that this was indeed how things are done. They assured her the money would be back on my card. We're nearing a month and no one seems to know what's going on. Straight up don't go here if you plan on returning things, unless you're cool with trying up hundreds of dollars for an unknown amount of time that's in excess of three weeks. Unacceptable behavior with no recourse. The phone support person said the store has to put the returned items in a returned status...where has competency gone? I'm surprised that an in person return was worse than online. TLDR - Avoid if you want to make a return because whatever they're doing now is convoluted and takes nearly a month. The manager did eventually help resolve the issue. She was great. There's a significant disconnect between the store and online. If you purchase online and make an in store return, ymmv.

Really bad customer service. Cashier was rude and didn’t do their job and had the audacity to accuse me, a paying customer, for purchasing an item that was found in its correct location. The cashier accused me of having an item that was supposed to be on hold. Not my problem you didn’t do your job. Very rude customer service. I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Really bad customer service. Waited in line for a couple of minutes until the girls finally decided to be done chatting and messing around. Then they decided to check us out. Alongside they kept talking about the items I was buying and critiqued them. Don’t know what to say except i’m embarrassed for those girls ??♀️

This place is a joke. They close early (7pm) and lock their doors before 7pm, so they might as well change their hours to 5pm. I tried returning shoes at 6:50 and the doors were locked. On a Friday. When most people get paid. Shop online, at other places, better options too.

3 weeks ago my girlfriend gifted me some new Timberland’s that she purchased from this location as a mobile pick up, When I was trying them on I noticed the shoe box had two of the same side shoes, we both commute to Madison for work so we haven’t had the time to return them. We stopped by today and we explained to the lady in the front what happened and she told us it actually happens alot, while she was taking care of us the manager named John asked what she was doing and she explained the situation.He right away interrupted saying that's theres no way he could of made the mistake of putting two of the same side shoes in the same bo since he’s the one that takes care of the mobile orders, he tried to insinuate we had changed them or something. Clearly they’re the same color boot ,same size both brand new but the SAME SIDE !! Instead of helping us out he said there’s nothing he could do about it.I dont know the store policy but clearly it was a mistake on their ….instead of being rude and making the client feeling like they’re being profiled they should fix the issue. 180$ mistake that they don't want to own up toThey need need better management.

Well it is Saturday at 5:30 store hours close at 8pm. I just saw a man let a woman in, yet at the door a sign says closed, soI cant get in.which is very inconvenient REALlY.... I just drove 30 minutes from North of LODI to return 2 pair of shoes and now I have to drive another half hour to the West side because they decided they don't want to be open during store hours . I also called the westside Middleton store and they didn't seem to care GAS IS SO CHEAP!!! HA. BUT...Great great service I will never shop here again I will find shoes anywhere but here!!!

They didn't have my size in several styles I wanted to purchase. They do offer free shipping to your home though. I needed them last minute but thought this was nice anyway.
