If you want to advance your yoga practice this place is NOT it. All they do is downward dogs and lots of child poses. Where’s the challenging yoga sequences? Ummm not HERE. I even tried their “power flow” class and same thing. The teachers don’t even practice with you. They just tell you and I have never seen them correct one student. This place is just a money grab with uninspiring flow. Unfortunately there’s few yoga studio competition so they are literally giving you the bare minimum. And after you mastered all the basics they taught you. You will be uninspired and bored. Just like how I was bored in all of there different classes.

Dragonfly’s west side location has two yoga studios (one hot, and one mild), a lofted ceiling tea room, and stocked showers and restrooms. The staff are welcoming, supportive, and highly knowledgeable. Different classes focus more on movement, strength, flexibility, or meditation, depending on your needs and interests.

It was a friendly, laid back environment. Our instructor, Ian, was encouraging within everyone’s comfort level. I’m am getting back to yoga after a break so didn’t want to overdo it.

The yin/aromatherapy workshop was amazing and exactly what I needed! The practice was gentle and restorative. As someone who uses a variety of essential oils, I enjoyed the different aromas the instructor used. I also appreciated being able to take an inhaler with me. I use it every day!

The instructor was absolutely fantastic, she had such a great presence and she was just so soothing to work with. The space was beautiful and had an amazing feel to it and I can't stop talking about how wonderful of an experience it was!

Everyone in the study is kind, welcoming and happy to embrace students of all levels and abilities. As a born again student of yoga, I immediately felt respected and welcomed, all shapes, sizes and differences. I really enjoy the late night 7 pm classes and also Fran’s Sunday Yin class. Thank you for giving me a confidence boost from the moment I walk through the door to check in, during practice and after for reminding me to thank myself for giving myself the time on the mat. Amazing feels! ✨???

Cannot say enough good things about this place! I’ve been here around 4 years and I haven’t had a single bad experience. The staff, the yogies, the teachers, and the environment are all so wonderful. Highly recommended!

Wow! What a wonderful first experience both with Dragonfly and with hot yoga! They were so welcoming and took me on a tour to give me a sense of the place. The teacher for my class was wonderful. Very peaceful and inviting. Well done Dragonfly!
