My all around experience was GREAT! From the beginning to end working with Charity Goldberg was easy, relaxing and fun. No pressure car shopping! I expressed what I wanted, what I needed and my payment range. She went above and beyond to make it happen for me, she went as far as arranging service appointment to install the trailer hitch I had added, while still getting my Ascent to me on time and at a convenient time for my schedule. Pick up day...I had to take my dog along (he wasn't letting me leave him home) I was worried because it can take awhile to complete the signing and not all places are dog friendly, but Don Miller is!! Associates greeted him ( and me too) from every cubicle which Bentley insisted on investigating. Rory invited us both in his office like everyone brings their dog. Rory also made the paper transaction pain less, again no pressure, but explaining everything I needed to know. When everything was signed and sealed, Charity was there to explain all the bells and whistles my new Ascent offered me. Showing me how they work, where to access them, she even helped set up my Subaru app. She was patient and knowledgeable. They even invited me back in a month or so to go over anything I forgot or questions I had.

CJ was awesome! We came in to look at a vehicle, and we are so glad he was the one to help us. He was knowledgeable, personable, and didn't make us feel like he was pushing us to buy. He listened to our needs, presented the facts and numbers, and did what he could to ensure we would be happy and leave with a vehicle we loved. Not only did he take the time explaining everything, but he also took time to ensure we understood the technology in the car and were able to pair our phones, knew the functions available, and services available. He went out of his way, even detailed our vehicle, so we could take it home on an already busy day for him.
Rory in finance was great, as well. He took time to explain the different packages for warranties and didn't make us feel pressured into adding any additional coverage to the Subaru we bought. He was upfront and honest about everything. He has an infectious energy that makes you feel welcomed and excited to be in finance, which usually is the least fun part of buying a vehicle.
I 10/10 recommend Don Miller Subaru East and CJ to anyone that is even considering buying a Subaru. From my experience, you won't be pressured to buy, but you'll be educated and provided excellent service.

Charity Goldberg was so very helpful and patient in helping me find my perfect Subaru. I didn't know what model I wanted and had never driven one so I test drove several. After deciding on the Legacy she helped me through the leasing vs buying process. She was friendly, professional and not pushy. Everyone at Don Miller was upbeat, friendly and very helpful. It was a great experience!

CJ and Rory were great to work with. CJ was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicle we purchased. Rory was great in financing. He had no hidden figures; everything was clear and to the point. We live about 2 hours away from this dealership, but I would go out of my way to purchase a vehicle here again. Everyone there was so easy to work with and made the whole purchase process easy.

Just a few words of praise for the great job Maddie Lemke did in getting me into a 2024 Subaru Impreza RS deep RED. I had done my research, knew the model and color I wanted, and Maddie found the perfect match in the RS trim (certified pre-owned) without the $2100 extras I did not need (power seat, moon roof, Harmon Cardon stereo). She was very knowledgeable, didn't BS me, and gave me honest advice on trade-in. I had some concerns about class action lawsuits vs Subaru relating to TCV, head gasket, oil filter leaks on this model. She investigated each and we verified that they are covered by extended warranties. She put my concerns to rest. She was very patient with my many questions and excessive yacking. She made getting a new car (after 26 years in a Jeep) a very pleasant experience. If you want/need a new Subaru, contact Maddie! She will take care of you!

I initially reached out to Don Miller Subaru East by way of TrueCar. Internet sales manager David Stellflue contacted me via email with the Outback we were after, except it had an interior that was not our color preference. This was on a Friday. Over the weekend, a search on their website showed another Outback arrived with the interior color we were looking for. Come Monday, David and I texted and emailed back and forth, and got to a price we were both comfortable with. We agreed to drive to the dealership late Tuesday afternoon (a 90 minute trip) to do the paperwork and pick up the new Outback. We ended up trading in our old Outback after a little negotiation at the dealership. Charity Goldberg walked us through all the features and new tech on the new car, and I’m pretty sure both she and David stayed later than usual until everything was done and we headed home. All in all, we worked with the nicest folks at Don Miller, and had the most responsive, efficient and low stress vehicle purchase we ever made. Thank you all … it was a pleasure buying from your dealership!

I purchased a Subaru from Don Miller recently & Blaine Tessmann was my salesman. Not only was he friendly, informative & he was a very low pressure sales guy. I really appreciate his knowledge and he basically let the Subaru sell its self.

I had a great experience working Don Miller East and specifically with Charity Goldberg. Very much enjoyed working with a fellow female for my first new car buying experience. Great communication, very upfront, but not pushy. She was patient, knowledgeable, and personable. Charity also went over and above to make a last minute car change which I am sure what a pain to deal with, but she was incredibly accommodating, professional and good natured about getting me what I wanted. I bought a Certified Pre-Owned Subaru 2021 Subaru Crosstrek from Don Miller Subaru East. The salesperson was Harper Untz. He was great. Harper was kind, professional, and pro-active in helping me choose this car. He went the extra mile by driving to the mall while the paperwork was being prepared, which took 4 hours before it was ready and I could meet with Rory Klossner the Business Manager. Rory was also great and explained the financing process in great detail.
I look forward to working with Harper and Rory again.
