I’m currently working a seasonal job in Wisconsin so I usually go to another Discount Tire location in the state that I reside in. But late afternoon yesterday while I was at work, I noticed that the side of one of my front tires was ripped. I was able to get to this Discount Tire location once I got out of work 10 minutes before their website said they were closing. Since they were so close to closing time the most that I was expecting was for them to see if they had the tire in stock and tell me to come back again the next day to get it replaced. To my surprise, they said that they could do it right away that evening. They got it repaired quickly and the employees that took care of my problem were 10/10 when it came to customer service. I definitely recommend this specific location if you are in the area and have tire issues.

I work at a dealership, but don't drive the brand I work for, so I couldn't have my vehicle worked on there. I was able to buy tires at work, then I brought them to this Discount Tire location for installation. I know others who have done the same with good luck.
First visit: Made appt online; great interaction. When I drove during the next couple days I noticed a vibration that wasn't there before.
Second visit: Made appt online for a rear wheel re-balance as that seemed to be the problem. Was told if it continued it might be a defective tire. Drove for 2+ weeks, but still felt the vibration. Then... I developed a leak in the right rear tire!
Third visit: Nail in shoulder of rear tire that understandably wasn't fixable. Knowing that was possible, I brought a replacement tire from work which they installed at no charge. Had all 4 wheels re-balanced this time.
STILL had a vibration! This time even worse than the previous times. Luckily, now my work implemented a policy to allow my vehicle to be serviced in our shop. Our tech found all 4 wheels' balance to be off by at least 1-1/4 ounces... the rear was even more. He road-force balanced them and now there is zero vibration all the way to 75 MPH.
Safe to say I won't be returning to this Discount Tire location. Basic tire replacement & balancing isn't a difficult task. I did it early in my automotive career, but I'm not in Service anymore so I rely on others to do it. Hopefully this location can use this review to try to improve going forward.

Stopped in to get an idea of what tires will cost for wife's jeep.
Store manager Chris was excellent. Knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful.
Looking forward to getting tires and possibly rims from them soon. ?

I made an appointment to have my tires rotated and balanced while I waited. I cannot imagine buying tires anywhere else.

I’m going there again this week for the third attempt to get my tires balanced correctly. I understand good help is hard to find these days, but this is getting ridiculous!

One of the easiest vehicle-related experiences I've ever had. My mechanic was unavailable and recommended I try Discount Tire, since I needed assistance pretty urgently before a roadtrip. I made an appointment online the day before and was able to purchase tires at the same time. I showed up the next morning and they were extremely prompt and friendly - someone met me right outside the door upon arrival and I was in and out within an hour of my appointment time. I personally did not experience any upselling of services, products, etc. outside of them suggesting the "certificate" option, and they didn't give me a hard time when I declined. Wish I'd caught the names of the two employees I worked with because both were excellent. Thanks so much!

I really like this place and will continue to be a customer, but I did have to wait 40 minutes before they started working on my car. Since I had an appointment, I was a bit surprised by the wait. I understand if they’re busy, but maybe it would be helpful to space out appointments a bit more. It did cause me some inconvenience yesterday afternoon.

Excellent service, the staff is very friendly and in half an hour I had my 2000 Honda Accord ready with 3 new tires and ready to drive on the streets.

You get a discount here because they don't replace your hub caps. Watch out for that! I went in with 4 left with 3.

Don’t go to this Discount Tire unless you are planning to replace all of your tires or want to be talked into expensive and unnecessary repairs. I called a few days before my visit to confirm they could do a tire patch and showed up right when they opened. The tech looked at the tire (didn’t remove it from the rim or inspect it other than spraying it with soapy water) and said they couldn’t patch a tire that had been plugged twice and that I should replace all four of my tires instead. Left and another shop was able to patch my tire without an issue.
