This place was really awesome on Friday 6-21-24 pulled in there around 5pm with my f350 dually hunter was amazing got rite to work on figuring out my tires pulled in to the bay and like lightning he went to working on it coworker Eric came over to help as it was late in the day and they were great working together like a well oiled machine was out back on the road in no time very knowledgeable and informative worker's just a overall great great experience thanks again

I had a flat tire and called multiple places for help. Fifteen minutes before closing, the manager at Discount Tire, Hunter, kindly took me in and repaired my tire. They were incredibly fast and truly awesome. Hunter and his team took excellent care of me, turning my bad day around. To my pleasant surprise, when I got back to my car, they had neatly stored the spare tire and all the accessories, even putting the carpet back in place. This was especially thoughtful given the awkward and almost uncomfortable way my minivan stores its spare tire. I’m so grateful for their outstanding service. I’ll definitely be using them again and to get four new tires in a couple weeks. Thank you

Wonderful service team. Have been in twice. First time TPMS warned me about low pressure while driving, stopped without an appointment, and they fit me in and fixed a leak for free. Discussed winter tires while waiting, gave me a few options but were not pushy at all. Second time had a very very slow leak from unclear source in one tire, they again fixed the problem which another shop would definitely have charged me for and within 30 minutes was back on the road. Save it to say, they have earned my business, next tire purchase will be at Discount Tire for sure.

The Junction Rd. Discount Tire is truly great. I've been going to them for years for my personal vehicles, and now that I have a heavy duty work vehicle that chews through tires I appreciate them even more. My first time here and I will absolutely be going back! Everyone was so kind and helpful throughout the whole experience. The person checking me in made sure I understood the process and explained everything very clearly. I had a screw in my tire and they got me in right away, my tire was fixed within just one hour!

Excellent experience. From ordering the tires and setting up the service appointment online to the installation. I arrived on time and in less then an hour I had new tires and wiper blades. I am very happy with the whole experience.

Went in to have my wheels rebalanced after swapping to my summer set. Discount tire said they were out of balance and that had been fixed. I still noticed a vibration at highway speeds so I took it to a different shop to check it out. Not only were the wheels not balanced (out of balance with NO wheel weights attached), but both my fronts were slightly bent, which discount tire apparently didn't notice even though it was quite obvious watching the wheel spin on the machine. They charged me 80 dollars to do nothing. I will not be returning.

Two days ago I bought a used car from what I thought was a reputable dealer. Almost immediately I began to feel a shaking in the steering wheel. The next day it was even worse and the road noise was horrendous. The car company suggested that tires were my issue to deal with despite their included warranty. Drove up to this Discount Tire without an appointment or having ever been there before. I was just desperate for help getting these four tires replaced. Hunter was in front of the building and asked how they could help. I explained the car company, warranty, and my fear of continuing to drive this car given how bad the wheels were. He immediately said he would help and that he would do everything he could to have the company honor their warranty. Turned out that the car company had sold me a car with two different sets of tires on an awd car, somehow a pool of water was sitting in the front left, and all the tires showed signs of cupping and feathering. Hunter single-handedly talked with the warranty reps and dodged every method they threw at him. Hunter must’ve spent an hour on this case if not more. He said repeatedly to me, “we are going to help.” Two days later, the car company covered new tires and discount tire replaced everything. The car is running smoothly now. And I couldn’t be happier with Discount Tire’s service the whole way through. Every single person was customer-oriented and friendly the whole time. Customer for life. Seriously.

I heard a rattling in my tire so I pulled into this Discount Tire in Middleton. They took a look for me, found that the brake calipber that was recently serviced at the dealership was missing a bolt and was hanging loose, rattling back and forth. Hunter helped me out even though they don't do brake work, told me what part I would need to go and get from an auto parts store, and then helped me install the bolt and get everything back into working order so I could drive again.
I can't say enough about the fantastic service from Hunter. He easily could have told me that they didn't have the parts and couldn't help me, but he went above and beyond to get me back on the road. 100% recommend this location.

I’ve had several positive experiences here. I used to go to Webers (nothing wrong with them) but they are so fast here even when they’re super busy. Manager Eric is SO nice. I can’t speak more highly of him. Reasonable prices and selection. Definitely recommend going here.

I got a flat tire and even though they weren't able to patch the tire they were able to order in a new tire and had it the next day. Their customer service was fantastic and very professional. Thank you!
