My wife, mother, and myself all had our nails done before my wife’s and mines wedding a few weekends ago. We all chose to have nail extensions with a French manicures and the ladies we had were all amazing! We had a very easy experience through the whole nail process. We also felt the space was clean and easy to navigate.
I also really like they do not assume you want your cuticles trimmed, because my wife and I hate this and we’re very grateful we didn’t have to have this done.
Lastly, I went back to have my nails removed a few days ago and the process was relatively quick and painless.
Highly recommend for both sides of the nail extension process!!

TLDR: I do not recommend this salon for anyone who is inexperienced with nail salons or anyone who is bothered by imperfections. If you get your nails done regularly and are looking for a fast service, then you might be fine going here.
This salon (Diamond Nails) runs like an assembly line. I went in for a manicure and pedicure. I was rushed in picking out a color for my toes, for which I was only presented a wall and a bin of polish bottles, nothing that actually had the colors painted out, so it was hard to tell how it would look. I wasn’t aware I could test paint on my actual nails, so I ended up picking something that I didn’t like in the end.
The pedicure was not relaxing at all. The water wasn’t turned on until my technician came over and as soon as that happened the process was rushed through so there was no time to soak my feet or relax. I also spent the whole time trying to decide on a color for my fingernails. My person was resistant to talk at all, even to just answer questions about my service (I’m not a talker). She painted a whole foot before asking if I liked the color and when I replied I didn’t and would like to pick a new one she pushed back and didn’t make me feel like I could. I’m not a pushy person so I didn’t feel comfortable trying to push more than I already had, so I ended up with toes that I didn’t like. She also didn’t fully remove the previous polish. I don’t know if that is normal.
As soon as she finished the last toe I was rushed over to the table station for my nails. I had been able to use the painted nail examples to pick that color, so I was at least happy with that, but again, the service was very rushed, so it was really just fast prep of the nails and the painting - none of the relaxing hand massage stuff I expected from past experiences and little attention given to my cuticles. The quality of the nail painting was not great. The polish starts well above the bottom of the nail, so it looks like I got them done long enough ago that they’ve grown out. The polish also doesn’t go to the side edges either. I guess the tech didn’t want to be slowed down by cleanup. There are bumps and other imperfections on multiple nails as well.

Would not recommend. Dip nails done yesterday all have a wave look to them. $70 dip nails should look better.

This is my 3rd time at Diamond Nails, and I have been so impressed every time! My nail tech Mindy went above and beyond with just a simple gel manicure and pedicure. Great attention to detail, lengthy massage and scrub included in the pedicure, and both nail colors I chose were tested on a nail first to make sure I was happy with the color. Mindy was finished with my manicure, but wanted to get the shape perfect and went back in with more gel to correct any imperfections (I saw none). Total collectively for a gel manicure and pedicure was only $70, and they serve WINE! A super relaxing experience, and I can't wait to go again!

I've been a regular customer here for about a year and I love it. Super nice that you're offered a complimentary beverage with your service (water wine or soda). Catch a bit of a movie on one of their multiple tvs that are always playing in the background with the captions on. I specifically see Mishelle for my manicures and she always does a fantastic job, however when she's unavailable other staff have helped me and everyone who works here is great. They are efficient and will get you in and out which is great. I love supporting small businesses and the owners are also wonderful people.

Excellent… prob the best nail salon ive been to since 1st getting nails consistently done in 2010. They offer gelx among all the other popular- acrylic, gel, dip, regular polish and today a tech told me polygel. I also have gotten a gel pedi and they look like my toes belong in a magazine-perfection. The owner Lana and not sure if Dan is also owner but he is in the reception area are so sweet and very responsive over email. I like they acknowledge you right away when you walk in. It’s very professional environment. The lay out is something I haven’t seen before and at first the salon looks like an assembly line which isn’t very relaxing. The week days are much more quiet. However, since Ive now been coming here for months I learned that isnt what makes this place, how sweet and inviting the team here is is what makes me come back. They also have parking and run on time. Most importantly, Rose, is my nail artist and she is OUTSTANDING! I love how relatable she is and she understands me! We can talk forever and she laughs at all my jokes haha as she is quite funny too. My gelx nails though look amazing for over three weeks. She has been spot on everytime with the Donut Glaze, the red and nude colors, shape and length. She also did my pedi and definitely will be getting more from her. My toe nails as mentioned above are freaking gorgeous. The massage was so relaxing and she took her time. I will not go else where for either! Note: I am so so so picky and can tell you about many salons in the area I have tried but miss the mark. Also bring cash to tip with. They appreciate cash for main payment too although I always forget. If you are looking for efficient, high quality and a friendly/sweet experience look no further!! Alot of talent here! One of the techs had a bad attitude and she was very rude towards me. She would not let me put my feet in the water. Normally you put one foot in and take one foot out at a time but she refused to allow me to warm my feet by placing at least one in the water so I was sitting there cold and at that time I requested a different tech. The next time I contacted them to schedule an appointment the staff told me it’s best that I go somewhere else because they did not like how I treated them. This was very unprofessional of them. As a client/customer I have a right to request a different technician especially if I’m being treated rudely. It is NOT WORTH THE DRIVE. Try Eden Spa on University Ave ?

Terrible service! Don’t waste your time coming here. I booked for a manicure and pedicure and I asked for better cuticle cutting on my feet and they asked me to leave and would not complete my service. Don’t waste your money.

Diamond Nails is likely the best nail salon around. It is easy to schedule an appointment, everyone I've had do my nails was consistent in their process and I love my nails each time! I don't always keep my nails manicured but when I do, I choose Diamon Nails. Owners are also very sweet and clearly care for their business.
(Picture is almost 2 week old dip nails - still going very strong! I usually get about 3-4 weeks out of each manicure)
