I was walking past your kiosk, at the east towne location, and noticed the old gentleman working there, staring at my body in a suggestive way. I felt unbelievably uncomfortable and thought this should be noted for everybody to see. Thank you

My son and I went in on a Friday and there was no one there and a sign that said they'd be back at 11 (the time they open), it was currently 3:10ish... It was a completely wasted trip. So I guess you have to call ahead to see if they will actually be open during their posted business hours... IDK

What a horrible and terrible experience my wife brought her watch for a new battery and when we got it in the car there was a big scratch across the front not very happy at all u get a boooo and a hisss

I was just at the kiosk at East Towne Mall, Madison, WI., the guy was a complete j**** Even though the issue with my watch was my own doing, his attitude was totally unacceptable. I really don't care if he hates his job, life, whatever, that's not my problem.

I visited this location on Sunday the 22nd of August at 5 pm, and the old man working couldn't be bothered to get off his chair to help me or say Hello. I walked around the kiosk 3 times and he stared at me the whole time but offered no assistance. I left and bought two watches at JCPenney. Terrible customer service. It's sad he's being paid to not help people.

Fast and friendly service. Brought in my watch to have the battery replaced. The girl informed me there was two batteries inside my watch. Who knew?! Within a few minutes both batteries were replaced and I was on my way. Great customer service!

I came in today looking for a watch for my mother. She sent me with her old watch and expected me to find one like it . The person at the store was so incredibly helpful and patient with me. I found a watch and my mother was so happy with it!

Dont go here. Trying to get a watch fixed and they lied telling me the day the replacement glass was going to be there. Then the manager was rude about it so now i have a watch without the glass.

Just went to go get a refund for a watch and was told that she couldn't give me a refund because she didn't have any cash in her register. That, in my opinion, is horrible customer service. She told me to come back later in the day. My first thought was, what kind of business opens with an empty cash drawer. If she didn't want to give me my money back, then don't have a refund policy clearly printed on the receipt. Such a waste of gas, time, and money!!!
