Recently got my brakes and exhaust system replaced at DB's. They did an excellent job, and I had my car back the same day I brought it in. Pricing was also really reasonable compared to chains (like Midas).
Josh is an excellent communicator and upfront about how long things will take, pricing, etc
Mike is a great mechanic and a very trustworthy person. I never worry that he is going to tell me to fix more than is needed.

I have worked with DB service Center since 1985. They are friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. I am not a car- girl person, but they explain well and don't take advantage of my ignorance in car things. The prices seem fair and I get my money's worth.

My engine was overheating and my check engine light came on. I didn't want to drive far so I searched for shops in my neighborhood. DBs is right on the bus line between my home and my work and they had good reviews online, so I made an appointment. From my first call to dropping my car off to speaking to the mechanic over the phone, I was very impressed. I worked in the automotive parts industry for several years, but, as a woman, I am sometimes talked down to by mechanics. I did not feel this way at all at DBs. They explained the issue and what they were going to do in a straightforward way and quickly established trust. The convenience of being able to pick up my car until 9 pm at the BP next door was just an added bonus since many mechanics close during normal business hours. I also feel like the price was very fair. I was without my car for less than two days when some other shops couldn't even get me in for several days. I will be back and have already recommended the shop to friends.Services: Engine repair

My husband and I were visiting our family in Madison, when our car battery died. We got to Db's and had the pleasure to see Bill. He had worked on our car before we moved to Ms. 5 years ago. Did a Great job!! Thank you!

Front desk was rude and accused my 86 yr old grandfather when they totally missed understood him and now refuse service because they got hurt feelings they turned down a 3000$ job that only takes mayb half a day...front desk employee needs to be fired I walked in and he should never talk to customers the way he did and definitely accuse an old man because yall have hearing problems and don't kno how to work with people..pathetic they say he accused them of putting a bigger hole in the catalytic converter he would NEVER ACCUSE ANYBODY GET YOUR FACTS STRAIGHT AND I HOPE YOU LOOSE YOUR JOB

Seems honest and fair and competent. Small, friendly and generally easy to work with. Cheaper than the last shop for small things (tire patches, rotating, etc.).

Dropped my car off in the morning I was late they told me they might not get to my car today as they were backed up, They called me a few hours later saying they were done. I was very very impressed with the work. Reason being my car seems like it’s running better than it was before. I think they snuck some extra work in lol.Service: Wheel alignment
