OK I guess, greeting person no. Cashier, kinda demeaning in a way. The items that I searched for in the ap didn't compare to what I found in store.

If I could give zero stars I would. First of all, every time I called the pharmacy nobody answered. I stayed on the line for 10 minutes both times. So then I was forced to drive to the pharmacy as their website said my prescription was ready for pickup and it wasn't. Then I was told I can't use any coupons. And the lady was really rude and didn't even look at me once. This pharmacy sucks.

My recent trip to CVS was generally satisfactory. As someone in a rush to pick up a prescription, their service was just what I needed - swift and straightforward.Navigating the store was fairly easy thanks to the organized layout. The pharmacy staff were efficient enough to get the job done. My prescription was ready when they said it would be, which I appreciated given my time constraints. The range of health and beauty products seemed adequate, although I didn't have much time to browse. While the visit was nothing earth-shattering, CVS did what it needed to do without causing unnecessary hold-ups. A solid four-star experience for a busy day.

Mom had blood clots in lungs and got released from hospital. Awesome that I thought pharmacy closed at 9 because they cover the Rx hours with post it’s on their sign. Arrived at 7:02 and whole pharmacy closed then see signs that day it closes at 7PM. So now I can’t get the meds that she desperately needs tonight. Thanks for giving me a panic attack.

Stopped in to pick a last minute Halloween item that the website said was in-stock. Didn't see it in the store nor did I see an employee to ask for help.

Wonderful pharmacy staff! Got me in for my flu shot as a walk in even though they were busy. I’m grateful! Even if it was super busy, and I had to wait longer, I would go here again for my pharmacy needs ??

I have had multiple interactions with this pharmacy, most of which have been unpleasant. The pharmacists are unhappy and sometimes just rude and I don't send prescriptions there if I don't have to. I just ordered 4 boxes of BinaxNow Covid tests. When my husband went to pick then up, he stated "there only two" at which time she snapped that I had ordered 4 tests (2 per box).

Truly the best pharmacy experience!!! I recently switched over my prescription from Walgreens due to consistently poor service and condescending employees. I was immediately treated with courtesy, respect and efficiency. I also did not have to wait 20-30 minutes, I was in and out via their drive thru. Thank you for making me feel welcome and valued as a customer. I am so relieved and happy!!

Asked pharmacist cost of new med: Well, it rang up as $200, but I found a coupon online so you can get it for $50…. !?!! That is amazing service! I’m going to start driving out of my way to go here.

Visited store #7147. Gary was the cashier. My mother and I are African American and we're the only ones at the front of the line. It took a while for Gary to come up to the register. The Caucasian lady in back of us interrupted and asked Gary to help her with the self check out. Instead of getting another associate to help her and continuing with us since we were next, he instead chose to leave us standing there and assist her. He assisted her from scanning in each of her items to adding in all her coupons and checking her out at the SELF checkout, emphasis on self. Irritating but when he finished with her we expected him to finally assist us. However as soon as he was done with her, he again ignored us and asked another Caucasian woman who was directly in back of us if she needed help. His exclusion of us was direct and purposeful. When she declined he finally stepped around the counter and started checking us out. CVS needs to work on their employees about equality/common courtesy.
