Good storage unit, easy to access. However it was very difficult to reach anyone with questions I had. There is not move out/cancellation info anywhere online, so it made the move out process take much longer. Also, the location I was at was not always staffed when they said they were so it was difficult to reach them when I wanted to move out (since you HAVE to call them to cancel).

The staff is very professional and friendly. The units are clean and well maintained. I will use them again.

The storage units are very clean. The entire place is great.The sales person, Brad, was a delight. He helped us get the luggage carriers off the roof. With a 68 and 70 yr olds along for the move, it was a tremendous help.Additionally you can pull your car into the facility out of the weather.This place is awesome

When I registered on the website they said it was free for the first month but I had to pay $60.00 for fees before my stuff even made it in there.

Great Experience! Great location and just what we needed. We were able to get a unit for our last minute move/reservation and so happy at how quickly they were able to give us a unit. Easy reservation done all online with Smart Rental. Place is very secure and clean. We are happy with CubeSmart Self storage.

The staff was so nice and friendly and helped us a lot. His explanation was very helpful and the facility was clean. The price is reasonable and cost effective. The storage seemed secure, which made me and my friend feel relieved. This was my first experience using a storage, and it was a wonderful start. I will use cubesmart next year as well.

Perfect and affordable storage. I really appreciate Mary's help. Very kind and the smallest storage was big enough to put all my stuff. Mary was super helpful to carry all my stuff. They have small carts that you can carry your boxes to the storage.:)

Diego was incredibly helpful and responsive. I would have given the place a 5, but when we showed up the lock I had purchased from him over the phone — that was supposed to be waiting for my in my unit — was not there. I had to make a mad dash to find one before the place closed with all my belongings in the unit without a lock.

The new facility was indoors, temp controlled, and clean. Diego was very helpful in getting us setup with a unit and the process was straightforward.
