I spent about an hour in this location getting another line set up. The sim card didn't work and the person helping me refused to try another one so I ended up leaving without a working phone. Went to another location and the first thing they told me was that the brand new sim I had received looked damaged. The other location put a new sim card in my phone and it worked instantly.

I, really didn't like my experience. The way that I, was treated. They treated me as though as I, was bothering them and that they had no time for me. Their customer service is truly lacking. I, would not recommend this location.

The customer service in this store can’t be beat!The staff is friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, kind and patient!The manager Marcus went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with our service plan and new phone and took the time to explain it all and set it up for me! He also out screen protectors on our other phones and helped with transferring pics and apps! What a patient helpful man he was! I will DEFINITELY be back and loved the experience!

Was in this store 4 times in a week probably for at least an hour each time trying to sign up for the promotion where you get a moto 5g for two months of there $60 plan. For the first three visits we jumped through multiple hoops trying to do a simple number port. When that was finally looking to be completed was told they dont have any more of the phone from the advertised deal. Finally just gave up as a major aspect of any cellular plan is customer support which while these workers seemed willing and attentive could not make that happen. Also they could have easily informed me from the get go that they dont have the advertised phone. In the end the lady working there then tried to convince me on a different phone that was a good deal cheaper than the $400 Moto 5G in the advertised promotion. Really wanted to try there service out as I have heard good things as its now owned by ATT but the feeling of bait and switch really was the final straw.

AVOID. COVID UNSAFE. Employee wore no mask. Talking to three unmasked customers while leaning around the plexiglass screen. Had to leave. A Covid SPREADER I will avoid. Went to Verona Road and had a great experience with safety.

I have been a long time Cricket customer and needed to upgrade my phone. I went to a different location with not so stellar customer service and turned around and left. But I still needed a new phone. So I was already irritated and probably a little curt. Nicholas at 3868 E Washington was 1. Knowledgeable about the products 2. So pleasant and nice 3. Helped me find my fantastic new phone at a great price AND to figure out how to do what I needed that day by suggesting I put the new sim card into my old phone until I could get my job app on the new phone. He was so great I went back the next day for my case and screen cover. I highly recommend Nicholas at Cricket on the far end of East Wash.
