We’ve been taking our cars to Mark since moving to Madison several years ago. Can’t say enough positive things about his shop—fair, honest, communicative, responsive…and if for whatever reason he can’t do a job, he’ll recommend someone he trusts, which is invaluable. I grew up with my dad as an independent mechanic, so am particular about who services our vehicles. Crestwood Auto all the way!

Mark is the best. He is always responsive, friendly and honest. We are beyond lucky to have a local shop that treats customers like long-term relationships rather than one-off transactions. Great, consistent communication, fair pricing and top notch service every single time.

Mark is phenomenal—friendly but straight to the point, knowledgeable and a great mechanic. As a youngish woman going to a mechanic can be nerve wracking, so if that’s why you’re looking up reviews I can assure you this is a great place to go. Hope I don’t have to see him for a while but will surely be back—thanks Mark!

Mark is very responsive and knowledgeable. He was willing to spend time to try and figure out an unusual problem and when he ruled out a number of potential issues he let me know it would require a visit to the dealer with their specialized computer. He did not charge me for his time and effort because he was not able to fix the problem. This example of excellent customer service is why we now take our vehicles there when we need work done.

I called them last minute when my check engine light came on right before a road trip. They had me drop in to have the codes read and gave me a detailed description of what the issues were and what my options were, as well as what they recommended based on my preferences. Super nice and didn't charge me anything! Will definitely be coming to crestwood for future fixes.
