Personal customer service that is unmatched. Location is convenient from every direction. Rooms are extremely clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

Would not recommend this hotel. Outdated, there is no hot water in the showers. The parking lot is not lighted very well. Overpriced. Choose another hotel.

Clean rooms, nice staff, and overall a great stay for the price. The pool area and hot tub were nice. Breakfast was above average for this type of hotel. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area.The only downfall was that our hallway on the third floor smelled like dirty carpet/wet dog. But our room was clean and smelled great.

The front desk gentleman, Cashier 167, I believe his name is Sean, was so nice. He’s also from my home state so it was nice to have a friendly southern face after 9 days away. The room was clean and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was good as well.

This was a nice stay for 2 adults and 2 kids. The hotel has updated decor. The shower pressure was great. The beds were firm but comfortable. The AC was running nicely. Staff were friendly. There's a pool. Breakfast was delicious and had hot items. Would stay again.

We absolutely loved this hotel. The pool area is amazing, our 8 year old loved it. Clean, spacious rooms. Breakfast was very good and included waffles, hot egg omelets, biscuits and gravy, fruit, yogurt and juice. Front desk staff, especially Sean, was very helpful and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

Unprofessional conduct displayed by one of your employees in the Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, located at 6275 Nesbitt Road.For some context: I stayed 2 nights at the aforementioned hotel from April 30th - May 2nd. Overall I had a great experience, and until this morning, all of the staff that I encountered were helpful and respectful.Unfortunately, this morning, employee named Jessica, yelled at my girlfriend for being "the last ones to check out" and she was mad because "the cleaning staff is waiting outside of your room and you told them to shush". I found my girlfriend in the car crying and distraught. Whatever the case may be, or the exact words exchanged, it's completely unprofessional and no guest should leave their stay crying.I went back inside to get the other side of the story and Jessica alleged that we violated the terms because we didn't vacate at 11 but that she wasn't going to charge us (the audacity!).As seen below (in the attached pictures) the confirmation email, as well as the morning text I received from your company, tells me check out is at 12. Nobody else in the company told us check out was at 11, I only knew this because Jessica told me when I went back inside. I tried explaining this to her but she kept saying it didn't matter and that I "should've known that". I told her she was being completely unprofessional and disrespectful, I also let her know that she made my girlfriend cry and her response was abysmal "I don't care, I'm the best worker here, they will never fire me"I then asked her why she yelled at my girlfriend, and she alleged she didn't yell at her and she must have made it up.Additionally, I then asked her to bring the person who she alleged we told to "shush" when they tried knocking on our door. Milo then came out and clarified he never heard us say shush to him. I then confronted Jessica and told her "so you lied straight to my face?". She didn't know what to say but continued to allege we harassed the cleaning staff even though Milo said we didn't.Furthermore, I then asked for contact information and their names. Milo, while a little confused, he understood the was some miscommunication and told us me he was sorry for the confusion. Milo was cool headed and professional during the encounter and didn't change his story to fit Jessica's narrative.Moreover, Jessica said she wouldn't give me her name and that I could find it if I wanted to. She continued being disrespectful and unprofessional through the entire encounter.Finally, I'm disappointed in having such a terrible experience this morning specifically because I tend to stay in Country Inns throughout my travels (of which I have driven across the continental united states' twice and stayed mostly in Country Inns), most of the time it's a stellar experience but sadly I can't say that it was today.Mind you I payed for an upgraded room to the Whirlpool Suite and was treated abysmally from Jessica.Rooms: I stayed in the Whirlpool Suite

This is our second time staying at this hotel and had another great experience! The room itself was extremely clean, weight room offered free weights which was nice and our kiddo absolutely loved the pool area! There was different hot breakfast options each morning we stayed which was great! Every employee we talked to was very friendly and kind! We will definitely be back!

We are visiting the University of Wisconsin and needed a night's stay. Don't know Madison at all nor did I look at the location so it's totally my fault but it is out of the way. Other than that it was reasonably priced, nice accommodations and the breakfast was ok. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I rented a suite at this hotel. The bed was uncomfortable couldn’t sleep and hot tub was small in the room. I mentioned this at the front desk and nothing was offered to accommodate us before we decided to leave. The manager that runs this place doesn’t give out his name. When I tried to talk to him about these things he would talk over me being rude. Would not offer any kind of compensation what so ever. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Location a bit out of way for us . Cherry the night receptionist was absolutely amazing plus she said my daughter and I look like sisters! Amazing. But the room we had was spotless!! Bed meh for comfort but it's a hotel. Moring housekeeping gentlemen we so kind and our ckout lady Jessica was amazing also! We had a great time here! We just came and used the pool for the day. $10 per person and we were the only ones there. We have a 20 month old, 5, 6, and 10 year old and we all had a blast. The front desk manager was super upbeat and great! We will definitely be back to tire out the kids again!

Nice quiet clean place, we stayed for a basketball tournament. Breakfast had a good selection. The pool area is nice and has a separate kiddie pool for babies and toddlers. The hot tub was nice too and not too hot.
