Called first to see if they had the product I was looking for. They said they did. I was specific about what I was asking for. Got there. Nope. Staff was a little short in attitude and had no advice on how to modify the product they did have. Kind of unfortunate. I'm sure this is not a typical experience but I was disappointed .

I have only used the pharmacy portion, but the place is very interesting. Getting prescriptions is fast and easy. I saw lots of interesting products to look at.

I placed an order from this lovely online shop and want to say how quickly the order came, the prices are very reasonable and shipping is very fair. They also included a small bag of stickers and samples that was a nice surprise! I plan to keep them bookmarked and recommend to my college grandkids and their friends. All around a very positive experience!

I recently had a medication run out and I was unable to get refills. While frantically calling around to various pharmacies in the area, Community Pharmacy stood out for how much the pharmacist there made an effort to understand and work with my needs. Most other places I called or visited that day had pharmacy staff who would stare at me or act irritated that I was asking them to fill a medication, or would simply not pick up their phones and fail to call me back. At Community Pharmacy, on the other hand, the pharmacist (wish I could remember her name) listened attentively and did as much as she could to help me, including starting a prior authorization request for an alternate medication without me even having to ask and placing a followup call to ensure my problem was solved. The quality of service I received here compared to other major pharmacies in the area was much higher.

I just want to thank the staff who helped me find something for a skin issue today. It was like they read my mind about what I needed. I really appreciate Community Pharmacy! Such an awesome place.

I wouldn't recommend going to this place if you're a POC. This place discriminates, has made false accusations of theft twords POC, the staff their will follow you around the store & honestly it'll just makes you feel uncomfortable and it's truely sad that in 2023 POC still get treated this way.

I stop by Community Pharmacy often for my medications and was disappointed to see in the past weeks that not a single staff member was masked, including pharmacists, while there is a national and local COVID surge ongoing.I'm disappointed to see that Community Pharmacy does not value the health or safety of immunocompromised patients/customers.

Love this place, but I wish they were still by the capital.I stayed at a hotel and was always able to walk, and now I have to drive to it.The people there are wonderful

These guys have the BEST peppermint tea in the bulk section! It tastes excellent iced on a hot day. Their lemon balm is great, too. In fact, all of their bulk items are very fairly priced.

This actually is for west side, but could just as well be east.They gave me really good advice for calcium supplement for my wife, an they got me some shaving stuff the didn't have from the other store by the next morning. Their advice and personal attention you simply can't get in big conglomerate pharmacies.

Even tho they have bad reviews and neighbors warned us not to use them we gave them a try. Started off great until you realize if certain people in the pharmacy are talking its nothing but lies!! They refused to fill my daughters pain meds after surgery because of insurance they said it would be 7 days. Walgreens had it filled in 15 min and i called insurance and that was not true! I called thrm out on it and other employess did say they were sorry and it should NOT of happened.Gave them more trys. Refused to give me a months worth of blood pressure pills at a time...9 day supply cmon of course said it was my dr or insurance. Again Walgreens did a full month supply no problem! Same person lied yet again. I called my Dr. And insurance and both places have never said thay obviously Walgreens had no problrm.Stay away! Its sad because it is one pharmacist that is the problem. The more people you talk to in the neighborhood are having the same problems. Its seems she picks who she wants to help.

I love this small business! They have all the best eczema-friendly products that are cheaper than amazon, and the staff is always so nice. I love the witchy touches here and there - I’m with my people!
