My name is Vata Edari. I’m a lawyer turned Master chocolatier. In 2016 I turned my life long love of fine chocolate into my full time job. I traveled to France and Italy for professional chocolatier training and I founded CocoVaa Chocolatier which has grown into an International award winning fine chocolate company that’s won 30 awards in the Academy of Chocolate Awards - the world’s most established fine chocolate competition. I make everything in “micro-batches” with the best ingredients I can find. I source my ingredients with attention to both quality and ethics. In 2018 I designed and built my first brick & mortar shop in Madison, Wisconsin. Each design element of my shop tells a story, as does each piece of chocolate I create.
