I switched from Clothes Encounters a while back because they forgot my quilt and I started wondering what other items I might be missing.
I decided to give them another try, so I had them pick up my clothes this Wednesday. Its Friday evening and I thought they would have been here yesterday or this morning, so I called. The laundry is done, but didn't know they were supposed to bring them back. Nobody can bring it to me til tomorrow. ☹️
(Did they think I was picking it up? I didn't know that was an option - I'd go get it now if were.)

Used Clothes Encounter's Wash & Fold service while traveling- dropped off a full suitcase of messy, post-sweaty clothes and paid only $13 to pick up clean, neatly folded clothes a few hours later! Wonderful and convenient!

Do not recommend for dry cleaning services as they no longer "do dry cleaning" anymore despite having clothes hanging for dry cleaning pick-up and only the dry cleaning side of their sign working.

It's been awhile since I've been here because I live so far away now. It was great though! I went when no one else was there except the owners. My almost 3 year old granddaughter was with me too. They were friendly as usual and were welcoming to both of us. Even when she was a little loud, they didn't mind, they understood she was just being a toddler. The machines all worked as they should and everything went well. In addition, I picked up pizza and crazy bread for lunch and as kids do, the little one made a mess. Once we were all done, 8 cleaned it all up and you couldn't even tell anyone ate there. But I appreciate that no one got concerned or worried about it, no one asked me to clean it, I just did so because my mom raised me right. ???

10/10! I'm having abdominal surgery tomorrow, so I needed to wash all my bedding and blankets (a lot of sherpa) and a lot of clothes and towels so I can have the cleanest possible environment to leave from and come home to. It was an overwhelming task to add on top of all my other surgery prep, so I figured I'd pop in and see if the drop off laundry service folks here would do it. They didn't bat an eye! They washed, dried, AND FOLDED everything so neatly and professionally! They balled the socks in matching pairs, sorted everything by article type, and they even hung my button-up flannels on wire hangers to send home with me! I'll definitely be back - these folks were a godsend today!Photos were taken at my place after unloading.My bill (including multiple sherpa blankets, multiple flannel blankets, a twin sheet and comforter set, a very large and plush bathrobe, and at least 2 loads of clothes and towels) was $60 and change. I tipped on top of that too. I don't have this kind of disposable income all the time, but if you've got the money then I feel this is absolutely worth it!

Excellent drop off service and very fair prices. One of the fastest turn arounds for drop off. Great for traveling workers with a busy schedule.

Despite advertising doing dry cleaning, they do not dry clean. Also had to wait 5 minutes in front ringing the bell 3 times before an employee came and helped me.

They are always kind and the prices are very reasonable. I get all my comforters done here. Best part is you can drop them off and they will do it for you for a much deserved added fee.

I use their drop-off service. If you can afford it, and their prices are quite reasonable ($1/pound), I highly recommend it. Even with the time it takes to drive out there and back, it's still faster than doing my own laundry. They put the hanging clothes on hangers and fold everything else. All I have to do is put it away when I get home. They're incredibly fast too. I can drop stuff off and pick it up the next night. They also have a delivery service if you don't want to drive out there; and they will also wash specialty items like large quilts: there is flat rate pricing for those. They're the best.
