The staff is careless and rude. Came in this morning for gas and snacks seen people stealing while the front desk person just scrolled on instagram. I didn’t even make my purchase because the lady would not speak to me at all even when I went to the counter….she had her headphones in. I just went to another gas station. I called to give them a heads up about the stealing and the girl just huffed and hung up on me when I told her why I was calling so I guess they’re ok with you stealing from them and customers walking out so they can scroll the internet.

Didnt go inside so rated it average.
The gas pump interface is confusing as heck.
Asks if you want a receipt before you even pump gas, and when youre finished the interface is gone. Left here unsure whether I was mischarged or even paid at all.
Ive never seen such a bizaare pump Anywhere else.

Had an oil change appointment at 1pm. Showed up and found that everyone left. The lady working the counter at the gas station was rude and an a-hole when I asked her about the shop. Definitely don't recommend this place if you want customer service...and most likely no one will be around to work on your car anyway

The last 2 times I've been to this location, the staff working were not wearing masks, despite it being a county mandate. Different staff - tonight (11/29 at ~8pm) a younger man. In the last week, an older woman with white/gray hair. Though they both saw me wearing a mask, neither made any effort to put on one once I and other patrons entered the store. I reminded the staff person tonight that the mask mandate is in effect through January and he still refused to put one on. If we wonder why this virus is still spreading, perhaps it's because high traffic locations like gas stations are poorly enforcing basic standards such as mask wearing.

Fleeting and then you have to come get me the other place that you will not have with the same amount. So if we can make it happen and be able we'll get the tickets and the other half of the day after we arrive and get the oil change in a big city of Madison and then we could go back and forth with him and his wife to get this done
