The East towne mall is not the mall to go to. This location is going down hill. Not much food choices or even importantly hardly any store to shop at. The security can’t do nothing about the kids that run in and out of store. I felt very unsafe at this location. Definitely will not come back. Highly suggest not to come here. Unless you are looking to waste your time and to be disappointed.

Definitely a mall worth visiting with shopping, experiences, a nice food court, and some great anchor stores like Dick’s and Barnes and Noble. The mall was busy and lively on a Sunday evening with lots of families and people spending time together

Large mall with indoor walking areas. Has a small kids area, and connects every store within the indoor sections. Well maintained, and plenty of restrooms. Food court seats at maximum about 100-300 people (not including groups, but individuals.) Stores come and go often, with some sticking around since the beginning (JCPenny.) Has wheelchair access, and city bus access is from the Food Court entrance.

Very unprofessional, I was shopping in my uniform as I live in Illinois and was approached telling me I had to stay in the food court, cover my uniform or leave the mall. This is very unprofessional!

I have been ordering by harlequin love inspired suspence novels all 6 every month for the past 3 months every single time I've been put on hold at least 3 times during the ordering process I spend 45.51 every month the service is terrible

Very sad. There were not many stores to choose from. I could not find one store that sold Madison specific items to purchase as souvenirs.

The food court has amazing food but the stores in the mall are sometimes close but I think it's a really fun place to shop it's not always to busy so I think this is the best mall to go too Claire's is the place to go if your looking for jewelry this mall is the one to go to!
