Judging not by the problems encountered, but by the response then I can recommend Christine's Kitchen. I started this review months ago but picking back up. I thought to list with 2 stars but I am an ardent supporter and softy for small businesses so I'm glad I gave myself time and space from the hiccup before posting a review. 1) this umbrella organization provides plenty small eateries, individual cooks and home decor offerings a place to reach many with less effort 2) the location is right off E. Wash with a parking lot for easy access 3) order online and schedule a pickup 4) customer service really tries. I could go on about my incident but I respect the attempts at recovery more than I'd ever complain about the mix-up/failure/stumble. However you want to name it; nonetheless, I'd summarize with Nice concept but the pickup process failed while the service sincerely tries to correct and adapt which says more than anything to me. Why 4 stars and not 5? There's authentic room for improvement and I'm certain they'll get it as I've only had two visits to provide the average/mean while I hope anyone reading doesn't see 4 stars as failing but as a genuine review supporting their potential growth + honest interactions with me as a shopper.

I am so happy I discovered this place! There are so many places that I have heard of in Madison and always wanted to try and never did. Now I can try them and everything gets delivered right to my door in Stoughton. There's so many things to try an I've only just begun. I have had 2 deliveries so far and have been so happy with my products, the ease of ordering , and the service. I am planning on spreading the word. I can't love this service enough.

Bravo on the delivery service from FEED vendors during Covid. I've been wanting to order and finally did. I was so so happy with my order. Delivery was very nice, got a text from the driver that my order was outside. Great selection of products, tried some new things as well as some old standbys I would usually get at the farmers market. I will order again and will advise friends to do the same.

Christine's Kitchens is a commercial kitchen space that allows multiple local vendors to rent their kitchen space (if wanted) but they will also help local businesses give their product to patrons either in pick up or delivery. The kitchen space has a plain front office but the back door is the real gem that has all the murals surrounding the back door. Such a bright spot on the east side! Mondays are listed as 'Order Days' where is you order by midnight, then you can pick up on Thursday/Friday of that week. Anything after will wait until the week after. I try to order from vendors that do not have a storefront already and I would not easily get their goods with Christine's, otherwise you can just go directly to the business as well. I've ordered from the vendors like Bonnie's Balls (curd & chive), 100 Mile Sauce Bloody Mary Mix (spicy), Chef K Clark Pickles & Preserves (Chili Hot Chow Chow), Good Food Low Carb Cafe (PB chocolate bars), and Madtown Food Services (meatballs). All of this, I definitely recommend trying! Happy Order Day!

So nice to be able to pick up wonderful things from a variety of local businesses. We got Melly Mel's soul food dinner, Looking Glass Bakery cheesecake, Renaissance Bakery cinnamon rolls, wonderful sourdough bread, and some spices to cook Indian food. Everything is Oh So Good!!!Order ahead at the Christine's Kitchens website and then drive around to back of building and call to have it all brought outside to you. Very safe during covid pandemic. I have ordered from Christine's Kitchen at least a dozen times. There was one error in an order, but it was fixed immediately, even after I told them it was not a rush for me.The vendors are top notch and it is so convenient to be able to order from multiple vendors in one central place. If I could give more than five stars, I would!

My review is specifically about one local vendor that creates and sells amazing candles through Christine's Kitchens, Journey Scents. I initially bought a jar candle from this black woman owned business at the Northside farmers market this fall, a rich, sweet praline scent. The price was so low for the size of the candle and the scent so enticing that I couldn't resist. Full disclosure, I work for a gift shop and manage the candle department, and these candles rival any we sell from the many lines we carry at a much higher price. They burn cleanly, the scent stays just right, not too much or too little, and they're made from soy wax so they are much healthier to breathe than petroleum based wax candles. I just ordered three more to give as gifts. Check this business out and order with confidence!
