“Ana in the beauty area was amazing, she was so polite and professional. Just can’t say enough, went in to get something for my wife. She did not judge, just helped me like I was any other customer. Very informative and patient. Kudos to her, wish stores would hire more employees like her. Wish my company had managers that took some pages out of her playbook. She would definitely make a great team leader.”
“We had never been here before though we had seen the ads everyday in the newspaper. We were running errands at Hilldale and stopped in since I was having a hard time finding a comfortable casual shoe. It was a weekday but there was a steady stream of customers. After browsing some of the displays and choking on some of the prices. $450 for some ugly casual German shoes!!! I was skeptical. I decided to dive in and get some help. It turns out it was one of the co-owners who helped us. It was if I was being consulted by a podiatrist. I later learned that a few of the employees are certified pedorthists. I have never encountered such a process at a shoe store. I learned a lot about my feet. I did find a pair of shoes that fit my feet and my needs and my price point. I am not sure every employee would give this level of service or have this expertise but I will return. Oh yeah - the prices keep this from being a 5 star review.”

“Went to Old Navy to do some Christmas shopping for my family with my wife. The clothes are generally pretty high quality with very reasonable prices. It's usually pretty busy in there, so it's generally takes a while to check out. The sales staff is very helpful.”

“I love getting my younger siblings toys and clothes from here, the prices are great and it’s a lot more affordable for me to get them toys and clothing from here rather than walmart or target! The store is very organized and cleaned, it is pretty easy to find what you’re looking for with all the signs and organization they have put into the store.
I would recommend checking them out if you haven’t yet!”
“I came here to get my ears re-pierced. I forgot to ask the employee’s name, but she was incredibly sweet, easy to talk to, and very thorough in ensuring everything was clean and done correctly. I hope management recognizes her for these qualities if they haven’t already”

“This is a very well run clothing store! We got a whole wardrobe for my tall, lean, hard-to/fit teenager to wear to his first job, all at very reasonable prices. Every single staff member we interacted with seemed genuinely happy to help us, and DID help us! The sales associate who rang us up was absolutely fantastic. The manager needed to resolve a computer glitch and she was also great - she has that place running at a level that is very noticeably a cut above the rest. (Fwiw, I haven’t shopped at an Old Navy in many years, but I will definitely be back!)”
