Big shoutout to these guys! Especially to operations manager Tommy who really helped me out. That man deserves a raise! Really hard working and caring gentleman. I had a family emergency going on and Tommy was so nice and made it happen that i got offloaded a day before my appointment. Words cannot describe how thankful i am! And the guys that offloaded me were fast too. Definitely a great experience and I wouldn’t mind coming back here again!

I love delivering here. They have overnight parking and the staff is so friendly. Im always unloaded in a timely manner. Im asking my company to send me up here regularly if possible. Dont pay any mind to the negative reviews. These folks unload me early. I've been coming here for months now. Maybe the drivers coming here just aren't patient.

Was little scared when I checked in because I red reviews but they took only 1 hour to get me unloaded full truckload time in 9:30am out 10:35am appointment was 12:30pm they have overnight parking clean restroom and vending machines truck entrance from cottage groove rd

Omg! The reviews are true! They play that race card here! I watched white drivers unload n load first while the black And Brown drivers sat n was last!
5 hours I visualised racism in Yankee territory.
I arrived at the 10am she put me in a door..doors open
I watched trucks come n go
Bout 1.5 past I asked did they forget me n my doors are opened n fuel is$ 4.39 a gallon n my money is going out the door! That oversized Amazon wench said,”Well! The dock door isn’t open …so…!
She then said,”well he’s working on 12 appt then at 3 he’ll get to you “! @ 11:36am
I pulled out the door!
Didn’t call til 15:00 was empty @ 15:18
No matter if you’re wasting money time

Google time is wrong, they start loading at 6am. Great service, relatively fast loading. Overnight parking. No restroom at night

Good, and the bad. The people in the front office seem to be very nice. Clean restrooms, and vending machines available. There is also a Culver’s Restaurant within walking distance. You can park here overnight. Now the bad. Don’t be late. If you’re over I believe 30 minutes late they will charge you $100.00 Now with that said. If your on time. They have no issues with making you wait. Show up for your appointment on time. You’re likely not gonna start getting loaded, or unloaded for 1 to 2 hours past your appointment time. The average time of sitting here past your appointment time is 2 to 3 hours. Shouldn’t they pay us truck drivers $100.00 for our time when we bust it to get here on time?

Appointment on a Monday at 1530. Arrived at 1430 departed at 1600. FTL going to Kenosha. Nice people. Vending machines and in door restrooms. 1-15 not late. 16-30 late no charge. 30+ late with $100 change. After you are loaded, they will knock on your truck and tell you to go inside for paperwork

This place is SLOW!!! I've been here twice, Early both times and both times they have held me here. Been sitting for 7 hours and they just put me in a door almost an hour after my appointment time. People are nice, but they SUCK!!!!
