Absolutely worst company ever. How I have stayed for over 10 years is beyond me. They will lie to get you in the store, lied about the services I would receive, want me to pay $210 for internet service that was absolute garbage after my son downloaded just one game, etc.asked to speak to a manager and never got a call back. Explained i was in the hospital with cancer and had surgery and they didnt care. Lied about everything. Just ridiculous how they scam hard working loyal customers. I do not recommend this company to anyone ever.

BAIT AND SWITCH! BUYER BEWARE! Financed my phone since they offered tons of deals. Paid it off, then it completely died and I had to buy a new one so I bought the next one outright. Coverage has been steadily disappearing for about a year and I was forced to a new carrier after 30 years as a US Cellular customer. Called US Cellular twice to make sure I owed no money. Both time, I was told my account was paid in full. After I moved service to another carrier, I received a bill from US Cellular for $600. The TOOK BACK all of the phone deals they offered me when I financed the phone that completely died. Took them back! And the phone was paid off! Of course I called to find out what they could do and it was, sorry but you cancelled, we took back the deal we gave you and now you owe. Have a nice day. Oh yeah! This is the type of business practice you can expect from US Cellular.

they really don't care. I have had U.S.Cellular for my business for 16 years. I was just in the junction rd store because the latest software "upgrade" turned my once useful Samsung galaxy S7 into a useless handwarmer can't text ,call or receive calls they tried a factory reset which didn't work. they wouldn't port my business number to my backup phone because it was too much work and I should just go to the east town mall location and get a "advance recall" phone... really no such thing as customer service from these kids. just condescending buck passing...he did show me videos of his cat tho. it wouldn't let me post this without one star.

I have a business account and they are EXTREMELY RUDE!!! They do not do value customers or there needs. I called the Us Cellular on East Washington Ave and Patrick was amazingly helpful!!! He got me connected to the right individuals and they also were very helpful.
