Order a pizza set for pickup at 4:06 over a hour later an the pizza wasn’t ready at 520 what was worse is they laughed about it and didn’t care at all sucks to drive all the way from portage around 45 mins for this crap kwik trip will own this place within the next year or two at the rate this is going good luck baraboo and deforest closed looks like your next

Change the closing time as 09.55pm if you guys are closing at 09.54pm. I went there and he told me we are closed at 09.55pm. Bro how amk??

I thought having cheese pizza readily available was a must for those who don't consume meat! My wife asked if cheese pizza would be made only to be told NO sternly! What a disappointing experience from whats normally worth driving from the westside for!

Cashier was incredibly rude. I was there on 9/7 @ 5 pm. He was sitting ON the counter with his back to me when i walked up. I greeted him and thanked him, but he said nothing to me and was clearly pissed that I was in there...however, when i walked in he was laughing and chatting with another customer. I am seriously shocked that someone with that disposition is allowed to work with customers. I would 1000% recommend Kwik Trip. They would never allow that.

I don’t know what’s up with the new guy working there . Older guy with blonde hair and blue eyes. Skin like leather.
Anyways. I came up to the desk , and turned in a scratcher I had won on . I looked around , and finally made eye contact with an older man sitting down on a chair , hidden behind the vapes , on his phone. He grunted and sat up , slowly walked over , cashed it out and gave me $30 without telling me if I won or not , or telling me how much it was. He sat back down. I brought up my drinks and decided I wanted some scratchers . He rang it all up , and I decided I would pay $30 for the scratchers and the rest on the card .
He got SO ANGRY , because apparently he had to scan the 4 powerades and a pack of gum again and he was pretty set on not doing it for me. He said “ you know I have to scan all this again right ? UGH. can’t believe this… “ in the most dirty , angry tone. He angrily scanned them all over again and pounded each item back on the table . I asked for a bag and he walked away to let me open the bag and bag the things myself. He gave me the most sinister looks. Mind you , this place was EMPTY . No one probably came in the store in the last hour. He was so mad he had to work . And I felt so disrespected and shocked he has any customer service experience besides maybe a bartender at some very unlikeable hole in the wall .
It was 4 Powerade's. And a pack of gum . He should not be working here and anyone who hired him is setting their business up for failure
I do not see this place staying here much longer. Ever since the las owner left , this place has been. Complete JOKE. Don’t waste your time , just go to Kwik trip .

My Taco pizza came without tomatoes, lettuce, onion or black olive. I also get tired of the guy the size of a lazy boy with his pants half down. The atmosphere is lazy. Who’s the owner? Make no mistake one corporate pop in and this store is shut down for certain.

I ordered a taco pizza. What I got was a sausage pizza with doritos. I know mistakes happen but you have people working there the size of lazy boy recliners with there pants half down, they dont come to the counter often and often hollar loudly to the other workers to take care of the customers. If one single corporate person walked in, I guarantee they will fire those employees and replace them or they will shut down and kwik trip will be put in its place. Its also such a common occurrence that I don’t believe management has any active duties here. One step in this store is enough to see why and its everytime. Its like, does management or corporate even go here?
I also discovered today there was a hair in the pizza also. Im actually over it because I know if I ever get another pizza from here again, it will be from another location.
Im not looking for reimbursement or coupons and that should tell you the severity of the situation. However, this years demeanor in the store is no different from last, so I feel nothings going to be done about it anyhow. Let this store’s employees ruin the Caseys name, Thats on You. We’ve already witnessed firsthand how they’ve ruined quite a few other things. Perhaps you should make certain that Diploma or GED is legit, these guys don’t come up to 9th grade standards. Ive met more productive 7 year old.

Automated ordering doesn't work. Ordered said it would be ready at 630 got there at 627 order wasn't started yet. Had to wait 15 minutes still. Get rid of the automated ordering it never works. 3 stars is for the cashier apologized a d is always a sweetheart when I stop there. Pizzas is good most of the time. I hope this order has more toppings o. It than the previous order I picked up
