Not sure who Adrian is but I was told by my sister and gf that he yelled at them to get out after they needed some help with a refund. If you're miserable and hate your life, find a new job.

left the emergency room and came to pickup prescriptions at 3:30am and all the openings to the pharmacy were closed down which it's suppose to be open 24 hours. WTH...in pain and can't get my prescriptions!!!

Avoid pharmacy at all costs. They are severely understaffed and it is impossible to speak to even a pharmacy technician at this specific location over the phone. They are often times out of the medication that I need. I am stuck going here due to my insurance, and I am miserable and end up angry every month when I try to fill my rx. Thinking I might have to go elsewhere and just pay my enormous medication costs out of pocket so I can avoid this monthly frustrating experience...

Our veterinarian phoned in a prescription on Tuesday, December 20th. It took them two times. Finally after 1/2 hr on hold they got the prescription in. I called on Wednesday to make sure they had the prescription. I got through after 1/2 hour on hold. They said the prescription was being processed. We stopped by to pick it up on Sunday, Christmas Day. We were told it hadn't been processed, but would be ready on Monday. Monday, they didn't have it. We got 10 pills so my dog wouldn't have seizures. We called everyday and nothing. Friday, they said nothing was ready and would text us when it was ready. Nothing so far and it's been an hour. Evidently, they don't like filling scripts. We won't go back.

This pharmacy is absolutely abysmal. I have a critical medication that can only be made in a few locations. This is the closest pharmacy that does...which is 1 hr and 45 min away one way. I called in a script and told it could only be filled by the night staff, but would be ready in the morning. Made the drive...told to come back TOMORROW. Tried to explain that I couldn't physically make the trip again and no, I don't actually have a husband or friend that could make the trip instead. After a ridiculously long discussion with a pharmacist who's primary reaction was to blame "the new guy," they finally agreed to mail it. This sort of behavior has serious consequences on people's lives, and their staff should recognize this.

I love this Walgreens specifically bc of the cashier stevie D. He is awesome and always makes my visit pleasant and exciting. He is seriously the best cashier I have ever had at any Walgreens location, I'm telling you I come specially to this Walgreens just on the chance that I can see him. Me and my partner are huge fans of you stevie.

Communication level at the pharmacy not great. Speed at filling scripts poor, getting in touch with a live person difficult. Only positive is that its open 24hrs though they may be at lunch when you go (small amount of humor in that last sentence). 5 days after a script was called in, it hadnt been filled yet. I went through the drive through and picked up other scripts and then asked about it. Was told it had been taken care of - thanks, good day and I drove off. Checked at home, no scripts, checked with other family members, no script. Called back, was told it had just been filled, waited another 12 mins to talk to pharmacist. My time overall, taken for granted and valued low by the company. His attitude was he just solved my issue. I am and was frustrated, his understanding nature didnt include my being frustrated or taking any accountable for my angst. I did not leave the conversation thinking that anything would come of it, oh well, the customer has to come back. Next customer! Empathy level a 2 out of 100.

Pharmacy customer support takes HOURS of calls. Not integrated at all with their online system.

I recently went in for a purchase and found that the store does not respect the Dane county mask mandate -- sure, they have a small sign as you walk in and happen to look for it, but there were a lot of people (and a Fedex delivery person) without masks in this pharmacy. Someone walked in and called out to ask if masks are required and the cashier responded, "no." I questioned that and the staff indicated it is Walgreen's policy not to do anything other than have the sign out front... so Walgreens, which likely has any number of sick people at their pharmacy, does not protect its customers. I went to Wal-mart as a result, which definitely does assure that people are wearing masks and immediately sanitizes the carts and such that the customers touch, after use. As it happens, I learned that my prescriptions are 1/3 the price of same at Walgreens, and it was easier and there are more options and inventory of vaccines, so I am glad that I learned that Walgreens does not respect and is unsafe for its customers!

Floor/carpet is really dirty. Stockers are stocking while we try to shop. Most staff is very courteous and patient.

Great experiences except for one where waited 3 hours for an Rx that had been called in. Very rude every time I called about it. They said waiting for pharmacist to check it for over 2 hours.

Walked in to do a return...got in line at checkout there was one person in front of me done with her transaction just chit chatting with the talk cashier with a pony tail. Stood there for a while before the cashier or even looked at me... Then he proceeded to go on chatting with a checked out customer for a few more minutes then finally said can I help you? I said yes I have a return, he responds over there by photo. Rude dude clearly saw me walk in carrying a bag and then get in line but proceeded to ignore me and chitchat... could've easily asked me that same question when I was there I would've been on my merry way and he could've been chitchatting and ignoring other customers. This review has absolutely nothing to do with Covid.

During pandemic hours changes, I didn't realize my usual pharmacy was closed early on Saturdays and they left poor signage. I called to this Mineral Point location which I had formerly used for 3 years as a customer. There were multiple prescriptions my doctor had called in on Friday and I had the Walgreens text notifications and app status to prove it. It's my fault for not coming to my usual location earlier, but that isn't what this is about. I was on hold for 5 minutes or so and then the pharmacist who answered seemed already irate and she was rude from minute one. She told me she couldn't help me and I was shocked -- I told her which drug I was trying to pick up, explained that it wasn't a controlled substance, and she was the rudest and most condescending person I have encountered on a customer phone call, bar none. She kept refusing to refill the medication because she was saying I hadn't picked it up in two months and it wasn't a real emergency. I repeatedly told her that I needed this medication, even just through the weekend. She told me the doctor didn't call it in and kept telling me I could call the original pharmacy in the morning or wait until Monday. This caused me to panic (can you tell what the medication might be for??) This woman continued to push me off and wouldn't listen to me, I asked if I could speak to someone else because we clearly weren't communicating and she said no because she was the only pharmacist there. It was awful. I tried multiple times to ask questions and she would say "I already answered that ma'm" and it was so disheartening. By this point, I had drive all the way to her location and I was sitting in the car crying. I hung up the phone. I called the 24 hour Walgreens location on the East side (35 minutes away) and the pharmacist there found the prescription, said it was no big deal and transferred it to his location in under 2 minutes. I am appalled. What a nightmare -- I wouldn't come here if my life depended on it, because their pharmacy wouldn't even care.
