Everything about my oil- change visit was easy - got a next-day appointment, nice place to wait, and my car was done earlier than promised. The candy bowl and beverage fridge full of mini pops and waters was a nice touch. Will for sure go back!

I had a rattle in the undercarriage of my car. I only noticed it when it was particularly bumpy. I took it into my usual service center, and they suggested replacing my struts was overdue. So, I had them replace the struts. They only replaced the rear struts, but they called and told me they had found and fixed the issue. I was happy until I drove away, and the issue persisted.
I tried calling a couple of other mechanics, but I was leaving in a few weeks, and neither were going to be able to get to it before I left. One of those mechanics suggested another service center. I took my vehicle there and they told me it was my intake resonator, and I would need to take it to a mechanic as that location didn't work on resonators.
After polling my friends, multiple friends suggested the Car Care Clinic. So, I called and made an appointment. They were friendly and helpful. They called me and told me the issue was actually my brake pads. They provided an estimate, fixed, and most importantly when I went to pick it up, it was actually fixed!
So, I am a fan and will definitely be taking my car to the Car Care Clinic in the future.

My sister drove to Madison from Ohio a few weeks ago. On the way there she called me and said her check engine came on. When we got to Madison, we meet up at an Orielly's to get the vehicle scanned and it had a misfire. My dad and I run our own mechanic shop so I know how crucial it is to have that repaired and not drive it with that issue. It was a Thursday and everyone that we called were booked up even though I told them the situation. Car Care Clinic said they could look at it if we could get it dropped off. It ended up only being a spark plug wire that had come loose. The staff was super friendly and were able to get it repaired so she could make the 8 hour trip back to Ohio. THANK YOU CAR CARE CLINIC! If you ever need your car repaired, I would highly recommend this place!

I had a great experience here. I got an unexpected flat tire and they fit me in on short notice, replaced the tire, and charged a fair price. Very impressed and would go back again.

I had noticeably great service today at this repair shop. It was easy to schedule my car for an appointment, and it ended up being fixed within the work day. Moreover, Car Care Clinic makes it very easy to pick up after their working hours.
In a city filled with college students that might be easy to fool, I was very appreciative for the honest, friendly, informative, employees at the Car Care Clinic.
Highly recommend!

I brought my car in about 3 weeks ago due to a loud humming noise and Car Care Clinic and they quoted me around $1,800 to repair the whole exhaust system. I brought it to a dealership and I only paid them $280 for a brand-new muffler. My car is running like new and there is no sound anymore.

Top notch customer service!! Car Care Clinic made patching my flat tire a priority. I realized my tire was almost completely flat after I finished working my nightshift. Needless to say, I was tired and ready to go home. They fitted me right in and got me back on the road in very little time. The patch however, would be a temporary fix because the tire had too much damage. I didn't have the time to wait for a new tire to be delivered. They could have easily charged me for their time, repair, and inspection of the tire but they didn't since I would need a new tire sooner than later. Thanks to Car Care Clinic I was able to make it home safely. I really appreciate the great service they provided when I was caught in a pinch! I will definitely use them for future repair needs.

I’m in my final semester of nursing school which requires driving to clinical an hour away, so when my car started making a funny noise panic ensued. They were able to squeeze me in at the Car Care Clinic even though their schedule was completely full. The noise ended up being an easy fix, but I cannot say enough how much I appreciate the Car Clinic for helping me out so last minute. Thanks again!
