Lane very patiently walked us through the process of buying a new bike, clearly explained the pros and cons of different types and accessories, and was happy to let us take a half hour to double check the used bike store just to confirm we were getting a good deal (we were).
My girlfriend rode it home and she is thrilled with her purchase and how much better it is compared to her old department store bike. We will be returning in the future!
