Terrible experience. Ordered a hoodie for my wife’s Christmas present. It was a size too small. I called customer service and was told they would email me a return label and then I could order a larger size. The email never came. I called back and was told by a lady that the item was non-returnable. After telling her I just wanted to exchange it for a bigger size and would pay the extra shipping, she told me I couldn’t exchange it either and that I am stuck with a $50 hoodie that doesn’t fit. This is a terrible company and I will never purchase from them again.

Beware of $40 parking tickets when the parking lot lights aren’t on during winter break on the shortest day of the year. When you are the only car in the lot. The small 9”x12” sign thirty feet away with a arrow, will cost you more than it’s worth! - Merry Xmas!

Placed an online order but received an email saying the order couldn't be fulfilled, with no further explanation. It said I can't get an explanation by email but must call them. I live overseas, so I'm not making an overseas phone call. This is really weak. Why no explanation by email?? (Yes, I know the store itself is closed, but the website says you can still order online.) Not shopping here again.

The patio was open so got to take photos of the stadium, which was a nice surprise, plus there’s a great variety of merch and it was well laid out. Our server was so helpful and friendly. I know we were pretty much the last people in the store before closing so she wasn’t holding anyone up but she was wonderful. So sorry I didn’t get her name but it’s says CLD on the receipt Thank you for making us so welcome.

We make a stop at Bucky's Locker Room every time we visit Madison. I assume most locals know this but you can actually go out into the stadium about 15-20 feet near the field. It's gated but my kiddo loves being able to see "Bucky's House!" Cool tip for out of towners. Prices are expensive, nothing like a $30 shirt and $75 jacket but what do you expect. Maybe not the best place to buy economical fan gear but they do have a nice, quality selection! The clearance rack has served me well! Very clean spot to shop around or see the field. Customer service is always friendly. No doubt we will come back as we can!

Worth the trip from anywhere to stand on their patio and take in Camp Randall from the field. Ask the lovely staff and they will take your picture. Buy some great gear while you are there.
