The install technicians were very pleasant, friendly, and professional; they made sure that all hoses were secured in place and the washer worked with no leaks. They showed us the trick of the 3 sec start button (saved us confusion and a lookup in the manual), tested the first run and cleaned up after. Super efficient with removing the old washer and installing the new one!

Do not buy from this store. I ordered and paid in full but my dish washer is not here after 6 weeks while I am not getting any clear message from the team. Very poor customer care

Working with The brothers main and their service delivery people has been an absolute disaster. The sales rep told us the washer would be installed on left and dryer on right because the model we purchased doesn’t allow to change orientation on doors. Does this picture look even remotely acceptable? Any one could see from first glance, this is not acceptable. Additionally, the hoses and water lines are tangled like spaghetti noodles. Looks horrible. Add to that, the techs drained water from the old washer onto our floor and ruined rugs and other items that are so water logged we’ve had to trash. Should contact legal to get compensated for their damages. One other factor, this company would not install because the techs said the water valve was corroded. They said, we would need to contact plumber to fix. We called a plumber and they said the valves are NOT CORRODED and they have no idea why the techs would even come up with this except to get out of work. Don’t plan on doing business ever again with Brothers Main ir their sub par installation crew. Next time, we’ll shop elsewhere.

Have made purchases in the past and this time purchased a refrigerator for another rental property. Had something that fit the space & in the price range. Delivery went well. Recommend, Thanks

Bought all my major appliances for a new home build a few months ago. Couldn’t be happier, comparable prices, held onto my appliances till I needed them delivered, 2 separate delivers at no extra cost, great sales people, delivery men were knowledgeable on hooking appliances up! Had a small problem with my microwave although they had someone there to fix it the next week. Thank you Brothers main.??

I contacted them through their chat feature, and was sad to learn that they do not install dishwashers or microwaves. I'd be disappointed to spend thousands of dollars for a new kitchen set only to discover that Brothers Main can only install half of the items.

Just got a new washing machine delivered. MJ and TD did a great job removing our old machine and setting up the new one. Very courteous delivery team.

I have been a customer of Brothers Main for several years. Gary has been my sales representative each time and I’ve appreciated his knowledge and consultative selling style. We had a situation on a delivery yesterday that was resolved very quickly, thankfully due to another sales representative I spoke with in Gary’s absence. Chris’ responsiveness and empathy for the situation saved the day. He was so helpful and took the extra mile to make things right. In addition, I can’t thank the driver/installers enough today. Anthony (the lead) was extremely kind and professional. His colleague Kawon “Weez” was great too. Both had such positive attitudes and worked well together as a team. It was a tight install but Anthony said he could make it happen and he did! Great service from Anthony, Kawon, Chris, and Gary.

My wife and I want to thank Terrance and Taylor, the two gentlemen from Brothers Main who delivered and installed our wonderful new refrigerator today. These two are a great team. They were courteous (and not fake courtesy either; everyone can see that from a mile away), experienced, and confident.Salesman Jon Elkins was the reason we got to the point of needing a delivery in the first place. Jon greeted us matter-of-factly (in a good way). Asked us if we needed any information yet, to which we said no; but two minutes later I sought him out. He told us what we wanted to know, and passed on several additional aspects of the fridge we were interested in.He checked in with us over the next little while, and we had more questions about the unit we eventually purchased. His knowledge was impressive, his manner was easygoing, and we easily trusted his recommendation.We’d recommend Main Appliance to anyone who needs anything they sell.

Overall good experience with Brothers Main. Everything was delivered and installed as scheduled and hassle free. Knocking one star off just because the fridge did have a dent in the side of it but they offered to replace it or take 10% off the fridge. I didn't really want to go through the process of replacing the fridge so I took the 10%. Customer service has been nice and I haven't had any issues with anybody. I will definitely recommend them and come back myself.

Thank you Mack and TD for another timely and efficient refrigerator installation! Our prior experience with our kitchen refrigerator replacement was great with Brothers Main and this delivery crew so it was an easy decision when time to replace our lower level refrigerator.

Mack & MJ - They were on time, and efficient in delivery of our new washer & dryer along with taking away our old units. I would highly recommend Brothers Main when purchasing new appliances. The whole experience was very positive!

Terrance and Lamar did an excellent job delivering our new fridge into our basement today. This was a difficult delivery due to many steep stairs and a tight left turn at the bottom. They handled it very professionally, and we greatly appreciate their fine work. Brothers Main is the best.

Had a great experience ordering appliances for our new house. I Like that they will price match and could hold our order until our house was completed and ready for install. Dave was very helpful with getting everything selected and scheduling delivery and Terrance and Lamar did a great job with delivery and install. Would recommend for appliances.
