Becca the salesperson who helped was super kind and informative! She gave me an information that helped me in my decision of purchasing the items! Additionally I saw her kindly helped another customer with items that the customer can’t reach. The store’s layout is also super nice, everything is so cure that if I stayed there long enough I’d be goin home with everything! ?

Great shop overall and yes for sure it’s pretty pricey but you get some good quality merch. The store has changed a lot over the years and I wish their funko pop collection was as big has it was before. If your looking to go here a perfect time would definitely be around December but around the year they can have some deals. Employees are pretty good and seem to really care about their work. Highly recommend to anyone

The employee “Catt” throws your receipt at you when you decline to sign up for their rewards. You would think that she would be old enough to know what customer service is. Definitely won’t be going back after that interaction.

Boxlunch is definitely not a discount store, but their Disney and genre clothes and collectibles are high quality, and the selection is unlike any other store I've been to. My daughter absolutely loves it, so we tend to visit when we are in the mall.
