I am not a customer at BMO but my mother is. I was contacted by a banker at BMO to sign some paperwork. I left him a voice message, I sent him an email then after 3 days I called the bank. After wading through a ton of automated number prompts, I finally hit zero a few times and got a live person. A frustrating phone conversation occurred before I was placed on hold. When she came back on I was told I could not speak to this banker and I could not leave him a voice message. Unbelievable!As I stated I am not a current BMO customer and this exchange will ensure I never become one.

Arrived at Bmo bank to get a new debit card. The teller lady suggested me to speak to a bank specialist about the requested new debit card. She told me to have a seat, waited and waited for 45 minutes. No help! I felt disappointed and left. ?????

My partner and I had the pleasure of working with Kelly Garrett today. She was personable, kind and helpful. We actually had fun at the bank. I like the friendly feel of this location and the staff.

Googled IBC bank near me and they popped up. Go all the way rhtheand they say they're not. Had to drive and locate one. Very disappointed.

I wouldn't even give it one star. I just went to deposit my bill money for the month. The atm ate half of it, no receipt or anything. The people in the branch ignored me. After standing in the cold in front of the atm for half an hour I managed to file a claim, which will be investigated and possibly resolved within 45 days. I bet they're not going to pay my late fees or interest though. And just a few days before Christmas.

I always come to this location because it's near home. Staff is always friendly and never rude. I either go inside or go through the drive thru and it's always fast and convenient. It's just a weird area only because the apartment complex is near and it could be overwhelming when trying to pull money out of the ATM because of all of the traffic but it's like that with any place really. I only say that because for those who like more privacy and security when dealing with your money, you're probably better off getting cash back at a store or something or just go inside. I just wish they were open later but that's mainly because of my work schedule. Anyway, I've never had a problem with this bank or this location so I would recommend.
