Had a few general questions for vendor cell phone coverage, plans and while someone was not available yesterday (Sunday) around 4pm, the gentleman at entrance was helpful and professional in his responses. Hoping management will pass on my thanks and my forgotten welcome to Wisconsin, transfer from Arkansas!

Liz was amazing help with the purchase of my first gaming computer! It was obvious she was very knowledgeable and she was considerate of my budget. I came in with a laptop already in mind, but she helped me get much more bang for my buck by purchasing an open box laptop. I got the feeling she was being very straight up with me and I am excited to test this computer out asap!

Frank at Geek squad and a manager, I think his name was Trent but maybe it was Trevor, were incredibly helpful with an exchange issue I had today. They were both professional and solved my issue quickly. 5 stars to them.

Never go to this location on the East Side and try and get anything installed by them!! I wanted to change my car radio in my jeep. I went in told them exactly but I want it. We pick something out then they told me other parts that I needed in order to install this I said OK fine not knowing the gentleman that was helping me, he was ordering all the wrong parts and for the wrong style and year of my truck. It took 2 1/2 months for me to get this installed I had to go on the west side Best Buy in order for it to be installed and get the correct pieces order right. It was a big runaround at first. I was so discouraged, but I’m glad that the gentleman on the west side knew exactly what he was doing. So if you want anything installed right don’t waste your time at the Best Buy on the East Side! Go too the West Side, they definitely know what their doing.

I bought Polk speakers but only 1 was available on the east side. It showed 1 in inventory at the west side so I drove in a blinding rainstorm to purchase it. When I arrived, they could not locate the speaker. They ordered it and it arrived at the east side BB. When I arrived at the BB, they could not locate the order and a manager had to be called. Eventually it was found. Could have avoided all this hassle by just ordering from amazon. Way to drop the ball multiple times and not care about it either. Won't be back.

Great variety of electronics, home appliances, etc. However, they can be a bit stingy when it comes to their Geek Squad Services. Please contact them in advance if you need your computer serviced, as they might not consider servicing your custom built computer.
Bathrooms are located far in the back, on the left side (facing the back from the entrance.) Has wheelchair accessible entrance, and mostly friendly staff to help take care of questions and help you find a particular item in the store.
