BELLA Salon is great.
I started with Christine. I showed her photos and we talked about what I could handle easily day to day.
She did great cut an highlights. Very happy.
Next Iwent to Lana....
I show'd her pictures and talked abou my ideas. She ad another idea. I said " ok lets go for it."
She did a new style and highlights. I absolute love it.
I can easily style it . I get tons of compliments. I Highlands recommend Christine or Lana.
Im glad I let them work their magic and do what they thought would work for me.

I'm sitting here in the salon right now wondering why, in 10+ years, I haven't written a review! But it looks like I don't, need to. I can say "ditto" to most previous posts. Owner Julie rescued me from previous stylists who just didn't listen to what I wanted. Julie was honest about what colors would work for my hair, and even when the one I wanted was a stretch, we worked hard together to get it right. I LOVE it now. And she's a great stylist friend. All the staff are wonderful. If you're struggling with stylists, Bella could be your breath of fresh air.

The older I get the less time I want to spend using styling tools to be “zoom” ready for meetings. I wanted to go from long hair to medium length and wanted a perm. Yes, a perm! Problem is, not many salons or skilled cosmetologists offer perms these days. Let’s face it, the last thing anyone wants is a bad perm. Lucky for me I found Lana here at Bella. First off Lana is super sweet and so easy to work with! She listed to me try to explain the look I was going for, looked at a picture of what I hoped my hair would look like, shared her suggestions and gave me the exact “look” I wanted. It’s been a long time since I’ve been this pleased with my hair! I highly recommend Lana! I already booked my next appointment and can’t wait to change up my hair even more with some color!
Requested style: I wanted a perm that gave me all over soft, spiral curls. Lana nailed it to perfection!
Hair type: Long, thick hair. Lana transformed to a cute medium length hair style.
Stylist: Lana was my stylist and she is friendly and has amazing talent!

Christine gave me a great refreshing hair cut with just the right amount of encouragement to go shorter than I would. I love my haircut and had a super relaxing time. Will go again :)

Megan Ann Allington did a great job cutting my long hair into a neat bob. Unexpectedly, I ended up needing to have a short appointment so that I could pick up a family member and Megan was expert and efficient getting me out the door in 30 minutes.

Christine and her fantastic team at Bella in the Madison, WI, area have been taking care of my challenging hair coloring needs for years now. They have been in business since 2001, and it wasn't until 2020 that I serendipitously found them. Beware of the online reservation system - booked a multi-hour service weeks in advance and planned my day around it. Received a confirmation email. When I arrived they had no record of my appt and were nonchalant about the situation. I was giving them a second try after a haircut where the stylist was running extremely late, which she explained by saying she needed to eat. If you do schedule with them, make sure you call and confirm in advance and also don't expect to be in a rush.

The stylist I had just kept cutting hair without really consulting me. The result is a ridiculously short, short haircut for which I will have to continue wearing a hat, incl. Christmas. Very unhappy. Will never visit this salon again.Services: Hairstyling

Went here today on 11/7 @ 5:30pm. My daughter turned 18 and she has been wanting to cut off 5feet of hair for a long time but due to social anxiety she waited. Sarah did an AMAZING job and was super professional and welcoming and was able to help my daughter get what she wanted for her hair. The vibe was super cozy and relaxing.
